I wasn’t expecting it to be this great. It was a lovely little break for me and my son. Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Wiamme Taibi, she was very professional & listened to my requirements. I upgrade my room to an apartment and I was very happy. The place was very clean, organised, the cleaners asked if I needed anything, staff very friendly. Perfect for children to play and have fun. Respectful staff and other tenants. I would suggest maybe a little change on the breakfast & in future the beds. Otherwise I had an amazing stay and will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends & family! Thank you

This was a great place for us to stay with my family. The apartment was super clean, new, sparkling and bright, The cleaning crew was wonderful. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

People are polite. Everything was quite ok. Pool is nice.

Absurd questionnaire. No answers in Booking.com chat. Almost no English. There is no soap in the room. There is a kitchen, but no microwave. In mini market there are no prices and shelves are half empty. In the store and in the restaurant do not take cards. Periodically the light goes out, after which there is no internet for a long time. The elevator is still broken.

Staying at L'escale Appart-hôtel By 7AV HOTELS was an absolute delight for my family and me. with a Very Professional and helpful staff especially Ms. Oumayma (very professional service and smile), Ms. Marwa, Ms. Rim, Mr. Yassin, Ms. Noura, Mr. Izsac, and Mr. Jamal. All the team was very professional from the start until the check-out, making you have a fantastic stay. The breakfast was delicious, The rooms are big and clean and you can find all what you need, The swimming pool was nice too. I really enjoyed the stay and I will certainly be back again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful view over the ocean. Breakfast each day was wonderful. The pool was lovely even if it was too cold to swim. The grounds and facilities were well maintained and very clean. The staff were fantastic, especially the cook, Jamila - she was so very kind to our family and made us fabulous meals. We miss Jamila already.

I was truly impressed by the warm and welcoming reception at L'escale Appart-hôtel, particularly thanks to Mademoiselle Hajar. Her friendliness set a positive tone for my stay. Certainly! Mr. Couscous and his friend at aqua park added a special touch to my stay at L'escale Appart-hôtel. Not only were they professional in their interactions, but their kind and joyful demeanor left a lasting impression. Mr. Couscous's charming personality was particularly delightful, and his interactions with guests, especially the children, added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience. Their presence and attitude truly contributed to making my stay memorable and enjoyable.

One aspect that detracted from my experience at the property was the presence of pests such as ants, mosquitoes, and even cockroaches in the apartment. It was unexpected and seemed inconsistent with the property's overall reputation and the exceptional service provided by the staff. Having only a brief stay, I found the check-in at 4pm and check-out at 11am to be inconvenient. Additionally, the aqua park's closure at 6pm and reopening at 10am limited the available time for enjoying its facilities.

Near the beach and great atmosphere and staff doing great job specially the housekeeping team , I felt like I’m in my home anything I asked they provide it so quickly definitely I will come back

Amazing property, located right in the park! Tons of water activities, good music and great staff. Very nice rooms ans balcony.

The game park was very expensive. Go carting was $10 per person usd! And all the rides where very short for the amount of money you paid for them. The atm onsite didnt take cards from the usa. Had to leave to get cash. No visa ussage on site either, cash only for everything.

Everything was good (we didn't have breakfast there). There is a nice pool, with another one for kids. The apartment was good with everything we needed. Customer service was also good. Unluckily, the game park is not open yet (may be for the summer). Overall, It was a fun stay 😄

The check-in and check out process were the worst. So disorganized and very unusual. Example, I’ve pre-paid on-line for my entire stay, but when you check in, they ask you for 1000 Dirhams in cash as a deposit without explanation (I got the deposit back at check out). Then they demanded we wear a bracelet to identify we were staying at the hotel before they could give us the room keys but we didn’t see any other guests wearing them…??? The breakfast was below average for the price and so disorganized.
