We absolutely loved the location of the hôtel.

the arrival instructions were not communicated clearly. Upon arriving, we couldn’t access the residence where our room was located because we needed a key. We tried calling the hotel using the number provided in the reservation, but there was no response. Desperate for help, we asked people on the street for information, and they informed us that we needed to go to another hotel just 100 meters away to check in and retrieve the keys. Unfortunately, this crucial detail was nowhere to be found in the reservation

My room was tiny — literally, the room's width was equal to the length of the bed. But the room and furniture are new and fresh, the design is excellent, and it was a good stay that slightly exceeded my expectations. The location is also excellent.

I didn't catch during the reservation that I needed to find the reception in another building: it was literally behind the corner (in "Ulises Hotel" nearby — 100m max), but until I met another guest who advised me of the reception location, I was waiting in front of the closed automatic door (with no signs or clarifications on it) and instantly tried to call staff with the intercom. Nobody answered, by the way. But the staff at the reception itself was very friendly and nice. Also, there was no hairdryer by default in the room, and it seemed too uncomfortable to go to the reception in another building to resolve this issue.

Our stay was absolutely remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring restful nights of sleep. service was prompt and efficient, catering to all our needs with professionalism, the staff was always attentive and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many tourist attractions nearby. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience.

Excellent location. Middle of shops and restaurants, close to the water on a pedestrian street.

We reserved a superior suite with balcony and put us in a basic room overlooking a school yard. When we told the concierge that was not the room we paid for, they said they were sold out but when we demanded a refund, they then gave us the room we were supposed to get. Had only one chair, would have been nice to have two, also would have liked a hot pot to make tea or coffee.

It was good for a one night sleep, clean and provides the needed service. There is no staff in the building but in the hotel next door and staff was kind and supportive. Nothing special to highlight and nothing bad either.

Most importantly is that the windows are not doubled and the room was noisy. Especially if one wants to have some sleep in the morning after 6 am I it noisy. We spent a while to understand that the checkin should be done in another hotel and spent also another time looking for it. I think rhume should make it clearer to the guests. There is no breakfast at the same hotel and the in hotel next door breakfast was moderate.

The hotel rate was great especially in a centralized location. The room was very clean, The view was great, the beds were very comfortable.

I was confused when I first arrived to my hotel & was unaware that I had to check in at their main hotel location up the strip. This is their boutique hotel (sister building) and I was told if I needed anything I could call but I’d have to walk back anytime I may need something. The phone in the room didn’t work either. Other than that I feel the good outweighed the bad. I had a great time & would return again!

Clean and comfy, no hassle, good bed and shower. Had a fantastic view of the Christmas procession on the main street.

Some of the french balcony doors do not close properly, I imagine because of the age of the building. Just one chair in a room for two. Even with ear plugs, late-night noise on the street can be too much. The room should be at most 50 euros a night for two people, so if this website gives a higher price, it is advisable to wait a few days until it adjusts.

The room was cosy and we had a wonderful view on the school stadium. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help. The location is central which makes it a good place to stay for a city break.

At first when we came to the room there was no soap, no pillow cases and some issues with the sink, but the staff solved these problems quickly. A second chair would also be nice.

The room was comfy and so were the beds; the toilet was clean and they provided all the facilities listed on bookings. Many points go to the staff, extremely kind and helpful.

The check in was not in the structure, but it was in the Hotel close to it - they said it's temporary, but who knows

Comfortable bed. Clean and modern. Towels and bed linens very nice and new. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom.

It was difficult to find . There is no reception at the hotel, but a note on the door saying to go to another hotel to get the key. That was quite a walk away.
