The place was beautiful, in a beautiful location. I loved the trees in the lodge, the reception is convenient. The reception staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Some of the facilities in the rooms are outdated. 1. The Bathroom windows must open in a downwards manner, so that people won't see u when it's open. 2. The taps are outdated, mixer single lever taps are so much better, especially in the shower. The water was turning hot then cold, I wasn't sure if it's because of the taps combination. 3. A full body mirror add some value, more specifically for ladies. But overall it was a beautiful stay.

We stayed in one of the Villas, which has it's own garden, so it was very private. The villa has everything one could wish for, and is perfect for a long stay. There was enough parking for our two vehicles and we really enjoyed some 'down time' in the garden, as well as walking around the property with its abundant birdlife and ground squirrels. There was enough water, milk and coffee and tea for our 2 night stay, and the coffee pod machine was a bonus. If it weren't for the staff at the restaurant, my score would be 10/10

With the exception of a very friendly waitress at lunch on our arrival day, the staff in the restaurant are unattentive and unhelpful. Service during dinner was slow and our waiter was mostly MIA. Had we not asked for the breakfast bill, we could easily have walked away without paying, as nobody even acknowledged our presence. These were the only unfriendly service staff we encountered during our 2 week tour through Namibia.

All staff members are dedicated and work as if the owner is watching them on cameras… online pictures are not doing any justice the place looks more beautiful than on those pictures. Quality of service and customer care totally unmatched(thank you Ansie and Adelina for always been so responsive). WiFi speed through out the facility was excellent, free shuttle to move around was much appreciated (thank you Ruan) quality and fresh towels (thank you Morky), bottled water (woow), maintenance team was always available to assist (thank you Penda and the rest of your team), food was great and tasty.

My humble request is for luxury tents to also have a telephone line in order to be able to make calls to reception and restaurant…

The breakfast I enjoyed a lot. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. I like that the restaurant is on the premises and that there are swimming pools. Rooms were cleaned spotless. I like that there is room service too.

Unfortunately I did not like the food from the restaurant. I had the chicken snitchzel with mushroom sauce - couldn't finish half of it because it just didn't have good flavor, especially the sauce. I had the Alfredo pasta - Taste was a bit weird so I didnt finish it. The pillows were very soft which made it difficult to sleep.

The fact that all the residence have excess to the square. This should be more exclusive seeing that you pay almost double the price to stay in the square. For instance the pool area, there is no way to know if someone belongs in that pool or not, hence why some people made us feel uncomfortable, assuming that we did not stay in the square when we to a swim. Bacon should served every day (however this is purely preference, seeing all other places we ever stayed at does this) Kids play area can be upgraded and neatened with better excess, so that you can sit in the main restaurant and still see you children play. Square residence should not need to request for assistance on arrival with baggage, etc, this should be asked at reception as a norm with every square check in.

I am originally from Windhoek. The 30th of September 2023 was my wedding day, somewhere in Windhoek. I booked for 29 Sep arrival, to depart on 1 Oct 2023. My daughters stayed with me on the 29th of September and my newly wedded husband stayed with me on the 30th of September. We were very satisfied with the services we received from the staff, cleanliness, friendliness, great food. Everything was on par. Just too bad we could not get to enjoy the beautiful pool my daughters were so much looking forward to it.

It will really be a big plus if some sort of shelf can be installed in the bathroom so that one can put some toiletries down. As the floor inside the bathroom is very slippery, a rail will be so much appreciated. even a very short rail will help. Many senior citizens travelling book at this fantastic place but, the last thing they want to do is "fall"! Please consider this as an urgent matter

A gorgeously landscaped property conveniently located in Windhoek. The staff were friendly, the rooms very clean, and the restaurant yummy. My kids were the only one playing in the pool (aged 9, 12 and 14) and were asked to be quiet because of a conference. They weren’t being louder than kids playing in a pool. A little frustrating when the construction workers on their cottage not 100 feet away from the pool were grinding concrete and that was LOUD. Other than that small issue, the space has everything and all different types of lodging…..rooms, self-catering cottages, “glamping tents, camping spots and more.

They need to allow kids to play in the pool. It’s not just a water feature. It seemed to us that most people walk around, sit in the sun, and don’t use it for swimming.

Breakfast was very good. Resteraunt and cleaning staff were all very helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms were adequate and well spaced out.

I was quite annoyed when the staff at the main reception tried to overcharge me about NAD 900 for “laundry”. They then said it was a duplicate by mistake of another laundry bill - but that was rubbish as the other charge was only about NAD 150! Anyway the attempted NAD900 charge was obviously ridiculous as it would mean I’d handed in over 25 Kg of laundry - more than my whole suitcase weighed.

On late arrival, we ordered room service, wow what a surprise. Super service with good and tasty meals and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. As a family we had our Room service dinner outside on the veranda. We will stay there on our return journey as well. To the security that was on duty, thank you for patrolling on a regular basis, we appreciate it very much. ALL STAFF WE DELT WITH - YOU ALL ROCK. THANK YOU
