Hotel was in a good location. I was staying in a twin room. It was good in size and clean. They provided two bottles of water everyday. I was warmly welcomed by Sandesh and Shiri when I checked in. Manager was helpful for arranging car and tour for me and I did appreciate he always checked on me while he knew I was travelling alone. Other staffs like Sandip in the reception, Sandip serving me everyday in the breakfast were friendly and professional. Cleaners were doing a good job, they always greeted me with happy and sweet smiles, esp Santi. Staffs of the hotel made a big different. I felt like it was a big family and I was one of them. It was a fantastic stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had an excellent experience. The airport transfer service was convenient and easily arranged by sharing my flight details. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with reliable Wi-Fi. The restaurant on the 6th floor serves delicious Indian cuisine with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, catering to a variety of tastes. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional hospitality of the manager, Jaya Ram. He is not only a fantastic host but also an experienced travel consultant. He arranged a comfortable SUV for a day tour around Kathmandu at a very reasonable price and also seamlessly booked a breathtaking helicopter tour of Mt. Everest for me. His assistance made my trip truly hassle-free and memorable. If you’re planning to visit Kathmandu, I highly recommend staying here and reaching out to Jaya Ram for all your travel needs. This hotel provides excellent service, and I would definitely stay here again!

The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner in our room and they fixed it quickly. The place is in the Thamel area so, me and my friends are able to shop anytime we want! The breakfast was awesome and delicious. Lots of options. My friend and I like to sit at the rooftop while having our sweet time eating breakfast. Totally recommend this place 👍

I wish that they could supply more shampoos and body wash supplies. I had to buy the shampoo by myself as they only have small bottles and I'm sharing my room with another friend. And there are times the toilet flush is not working. There are some parts that need improvement but overall it's a comfortable place to stay!

All staff are hospitable, especially the manager. I had a cold after Langtang valley trek. The manager accompanied me to the doctor, and asked the restaurant to prepare a special ginger drink for me. I spent most of the time in the hotel due to sickness. Room was clean. Air conditioning was warm enough. Hot shower was available all the time. Menu of the restaurant was varied and food was delicious. I was able to take a good rest and have good meals during my two-night stay, and thus was able to continue my trip to Bhaktapur. Laundry was cheap. Glad that my dusty hiking pants became super clean after the laundry. Location is excellent. There are many shops, money exchanges, restaurants etc nearby. Highly recommend this hotel, especially to trekkers after trekking!

The hospitality of the entire staff is great. They were very welcoming and helped with any queries, like nearby market, taxi bookings, mailing postcards or even when I shamelessly asked for free cups of their delicious masala chai. I was reluctant at first when reviews mention it, but their breakfast food is indeed very delicious especially the poori bhaji.

There isn't much of a view from the room, but the rooftop restaurant with glass-top provides good food with a (possibly) good atmosphere in the rains.

I am very thankful to the property for having arranged pickup. It is lovely hotel with smiling manager and staff. The room , slightly small, but meticulously clean , was beautiful with all modern amenities including AC. The employees really work hard to make you feel comfortable and valuable suggestions . There is no pressure of booking trips etc from the hotel. The restaurant manager , Mr.Sandip Banjara , is a wonderful gentleman , who really works hard. I have food restrictions and he saw to it that my food was according to my requirements. He would ask as to how my stay was and if the food was according to my requirements, The breakfast, complimentary, is pretty good. Ms. Shanti, housekeeping , was excellent in her job and very helpful. The location is fantastic , with everything., from restaurants, sight seeing spots , spas etc just a walking distance.

I am glad that I stayed in this hotel. It has a great location, on a quiet street. The hotel has a good breakfast, and there is a cafe in the lobby where you can have a delicious coffee with dessert. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, I slept well. The hotel has a responsive and polite staff. The hotel manager was very helpful, he walked me to the bus stop in the morning, helped me find the bus stop to Pokhara, as it is located in an unclear place. I am very grateful to him for his help. I definitely recommend this hotel. If my path lies through Kathmandu, I will only stay at this hotel.

One of the best hotels at Thamel, Kathmandu. The front desk was much welcoming in check in process. Swandip and Shishir of front desk were much polite and coordial in welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfy. Complementary breakfast was so delicious having huge options to choose. Roof top restaurant having scenic beauty and a reslonsible manager might be a good choice for lunch and dinner. This hotel is located at heart of thamel having so many boutique shops, halal restarants, bar, night clubs etc. And finally we were much pleased with the cordial attitute of Mr. JAY, the Manager of hotel who always tried to do his best in looking after his guests personally. In fact much recommended hotel to stay.

The restaurant may focus on varities of food.

"Where everyone knows your name" that line from Cheers sums up this friendly hotel. Clean spacious rooms, good Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. We slept well with little noise. Comfy beds firm enough that we had no backaches. The buffet was closed because it was slow season but the made to order breakfast was very good and delicious. We were in room 301 which included a queen bed plus single as well as bottled water. There was no safe but they brought one up for us. Honestly, we felt safe all the time. The location in Thamel is close to everything without the noise of a busy highway outside. All we could want was a 5-15 minute walk away. In the lobby is a book exchange, bakery and bar. On the 6th floor is the restaurant which serves any type of food but watch out for the spice. Tell them if you do not want it spicy hot. You can get tours arranged downstairs at a good price. Be sure to leave at least a 10% tip in the box for the staff when you leave. They work hard for it.

The WiFi could be faster

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during our stay in Kathmandu. It is conveniently located in the Thamel tourist district, on a quiet by-street. Kathmandu Durbar square can be reached with a 20min walk. Spacious, clean room, with a lot of storage capacity which we missed in some other hotels. Safe box is also big enough for a tablet computer, also something we missed in other hotels. Big, powerful shower, also not standard elsewhere in comparable hotels. Friendly, helpful manager, who helped a lot with organizing transports und sightseeing trips. Good coffee in the ground floor coffee bar. They have a rooftop restaurant which we only used for the breakfast buffet, which was quite o.k. Value for money excellent

Rooms are not-smoking, but somebody had been smoking in the room. No fault of the hotel, but seems like some people can't read.
