Location was close to central station and other public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful with my questions. Room and bed were comfortable.

The location was perfect; I couldn't have asked for a better one. It's very close to the Amsterdam Centraal station and within walking distance of almost all the main tourist attractions. The staff at the reception especially Mithat was excellent. He made an effort to search for and advice me about good restaurants, bars and anything that I asked him for and left no stone unturned to give me the best reviews including directions. The hotel has a coffee machine in the basement which was very helpful as one can have coffee anytime during the day/evening/night.

The sink in the bathroom is very tiny, had a tough time brushing my teeth. The room can have some hooks for hanging clothes or bag etc. In addition, the yellow cover and pillows on the bed looked dirty.

The property is located in the most convenient area! I walked most of my trip and everything was 10-20 mins max away. The staff was super nice and helpful. I would definitely book again but a bigger room with more space.

The only thing about the hotel I didn’t like was that my single room door did not lock at times and I had to go downstairs so the staff can lock it with the master key. I kept asking if they could offer me another room but it was all booked. They did end up getting it fixed in the end. I would say that the cleanliness wasn’t the best there was a lot of dirt next to the window that I actually ended up cleaning up.

Location is perfect, right by the train station. The staff were all very friendly and let us keep our bags there after we checked out which is always handy and appreciated! The bed was comfy, especially the pillows. Bathroom was very modern and clean with towels provided. Will definitely be staying again

Nothing at all- just to be mindful of the steep stairs when booking but this is typical of the area :)

This is a fabulous budget hotel. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The place is clean, tidy, comfortable and the room I was in, while small, had everything needed. It's in a perfect location for exploring Amsterdam, and wonderful and secure. If you want a place near the canals and away from the red light district (yet still close to the social culture of the city), then it's perfect. Great little bars and restaurants nearby, and the people I met at the hotel were only too ready to help with a suggestion or two.

This was a great location for a single traveller not looking to spend any time at the hotel, rather just "sleep and shower" facilities. The clean, compact room had a very comfortable bed and the staff were friendly and helpful. Superb central location, close to Centraal station and with some great Cafe's and bars very close by so dad easy to find breakfast.

The room was very compact with only a small window looking into a side alley, hence you will want to get up and out quickly. No drawers or wardrobe but a small hanging rail for 6 or 7 garments over a small built in desk. Adequate for what I needed but could struggle if more than just a few nights stay.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Centraal Station and the centre of Amsterdam. The hotel is clean and tidy, and it has a lift, which is always a bonus in Amsterdam! Free coffee and pastries each morning, too! You can come and go as often as you like 24/7 and the staff on reception are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and tidy. The only thing we could have done with was a coat hook near the door to hang our wet coats on!

Rooms are very small and not enough place to hang clothes up. Also room was cleaned after first day but never had towels replaced. They took one towel away so only left us with one. But other than that very nice. Lift is tiny. If you don’t like small spaces don’t take the lift !

Really close to the train station!! Basically most of the sightseeing are within walkable distance. Love it. They even let me change to another bigger room for just 1 person. Thats really sweet!! Recommend!!
