Location was the best it can be, steps away from central station, from city center as well. No outside noises disturbed the sleep even though they have been heard a little. Been staying for a week, got 1free breakfast coupon, the buffet was really nice for such a size hotel. I wish that the price being paid for hotel would automatically include breakfast every morning as hotel was quite expensive compared to alternatives.

Shower/toilet is super cold, even if the room is warmed up. Think its something with ventilation of old style buildings.

It was in a great location very central and the staff where very polite and helpful

The only downside for me was the bathroom was a little on the small side, the toilet was between the shower and the sink so not much room for me elbows

Walking distance (5 minutes walk) to the train station making it easy to access after a long trip. Staff was friendly and helped me a lot after I made a mistake on the reservation. The room had plantly of space. Restaurant besides the hotel has an excellent chicken schnitzel.

Shower flooded the toilet. Despite that, nothing to complain about. just note that this is a busy area but even so the room was very quiet.

Location was great for the train station and walkable to most areas. Very clean room and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Loud (as expected for a hotel in Amsterdam), beds weren’t super comfortable (too hard) and WiFi wasn’t great.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Amsterdam Central Station, and it was the perfect choice for my visit to Amsterdam! One of the biggest highlights is the hotel’s unbeatable location—just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station, making it incredibly easy to get to, especially if you're arriving by train or from the airport. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city. Almost all the major attractions, including the Anne Frank House, Dam Square, and the canals, are within walking distance, so you won’t need to rely on public transport. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel offers a quiet and comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms, while compact, were clean and modern with all the amenities I needed for a short stay. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and a location that’s perfect for walking to any major site, I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are very friendly and supportive. I had a bit of back/forth with Eurostar after checking out and they kindly allowed me back in for a few hrs to sleep when my train was rescheduled. The hotel location is fantastic, right opposite Amsterdam Centraal and the rooms are good size, nice and clean. I had a friend stay over opposite side (the real IBIS) and had nothing but complaints there. This is much better than actual Ibis over the road. The staff really go an extra mile to make your stay better!

Due to construction, there was a lot of noise right outside the window. Not the fault of the hotel. However, at night, the pub noise did make it to my room but once I slept, I forgot it. An iron in the room would have been nice, but I never asked for it due to the pace of my travels.

Location was central to visiting the sights of Amsterdam and to the train station

The room was very small. Also, the one lift broke down after our first day and we were on the fifth floor. Very disappointing for such a large hotel that they only have one lift. The receptionist was extremely rude when we booked out in the morning. No offer to help carry our suitcases down the 5 flights of stairs. Thank goodness we are fit 70 year olds.

One of the main attractions of this hotel is its central location. It’s just a short walk from Amsterdam Central Station, making it easy for me to access public transport and various tourist attractions such as Dam Square, the Red Light District, and Madame Tussauds Museum. I found the rooms to be very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. The modern and functional design of the rooms added to the pleasantness of my stay. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. They were helpful and willing to assist me with information and recommendations about the city.

I noticed that the rooms could be a bit small, especially if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or staying for a longer period. Given its central location, there was some external noise, especially at night. This included sounds from traffic or people on the street. The cost of the stay was somewhat high considering the size of the rooms and the amenities offered, but I felt the price was justified by the convenient location.

Location of the hotel is perfect. 5min from Centraal station. You can leave your luggage at the hotel till check in time and this is very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall it was nice, little, clean and comfy room with a little uncomfortable shower area.

However design of the shower/toilet disappointed a little bit. It was uncomfortable since there is no door to the shower and if you do not use shower appliance to the wall all the toilet area getting wet. Separating shower glasses not sealed at the bottom where all the water leaks through them and leaving you with all wet floors. The room was a bit “old styled” in a technical way since there is no usb type chargers or not even classic outlets on both sides of the bed.
