Stayed 2 nights in early June, dry moderate weather; 2nd stay at an ibis (blue) Budget Hotel this trip. Ok location across highway from airport in newly renovated (staff said Feb 2023) building, right next to ibis (red… standard?) Hotel. About a 20 min bus trip to/from Amsterdam Central Train Station from airport stop; punctual roundtrip free 5-7 minute bus shuttle between hotel & airport (look for ibis Hotel sign in bus pickup area at airport) every 20-30 min or so when we needed it (schedule available at hotel), sometimes pretty crowded. *Note: If coming from Central Train station, take bus to airport, then catch shuttle. Room good although a bit cramped as in Paris experience, private toilet and shower, a/c good, electrical outlets adequate, good elevator, excellent soundproofing in busy building (little-to-no guest noise; could not hear any outside… significant airplane!... noise at all with window closed). Large parking lot for each hotel. Did not purchase breakfast option, but smallish area in lobby where it was served was busy in mornings. Snacks & prepackaged sandwiches/wraps, soft drinks, coffee available for purchase; had microwave to heat items also… used it with my personal mug to heat water for instant coffee and tea we packed. Staff advised ibis red next door had bar, beer/wine to go, food (burgers) to go; walked over, very busy there, prices a bit steep to me; check hours if interested. McDonald’s across highway is probably 10-15 min walk. Can’t say enough about desk staff… excellent customer service (answered questions, printed 2 documents I needed), always friendly and smiling. Kudos especially to desk staff members Dante & Lidia (spelling?).

No electric kettle in room.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and ready for us. It was very close to the airport and the shuttle bus was so relevant.

The heat was not working at all. It was so cold and even when we asked for assistance nothing was really done. We had to huddle together and cover with all the blankets as it was just one night and we were too tired to make a big deal.

The location is not far from airport, there are free transport from hotel to airport and other way round which was very convenient. Also staff were very friendly and helpful! The sound isolation was really good in the room, even so hotel located near busy road and airport, it is very quiet in the room itself. Considering the price, this hotel was very good deal!

Firstly, ventilation in the room is above the shower, so it was quite cold during the shower. Secondly, the hotel has a small store where you can buy snacks, but it is very overpriced and you do not have other options, there are no stores around.

Proximity to Schiphol , availability of a breakfast option plus the free shuttle to and from the airport . We were able to use the shuttle service on the day that we wanted to explore the city . The trains to Amsterdam central station originate from the airport too. Breakfast buffet choices of hard boiled egg, tiny pancakes, cereal, cold cuts, cheese ,croissants, etc. was enough for us. Loved the coffee machines with various options,:cappucino,latte, hot milk, oat milk etc.. Staff are very friendly and efficient .Room was quiet, clean and served its purpose for a two night stay. Great value for our money.

The paper cups for the bathroom sink. We agree it is environmentally friendly but we found it too flimsy for repeated use. Glass would have been a better option .

The room space is quite limited, which can make it feel a bit cramped, especially if you have larger luggage. The lighting in the room is also on the dim side, which isn’t ideal if you prefer a brighter space. Additionally, the pillows could be improved—they’re a bit too flat for comfort.

Very confusing as did not realise there were 3 Ibis Hotels close to the Airport. Arrived early, dropped off luggage for later in evening. Staff very friendly at reception, when dropping off my luggage they saw I had a Mail Postal Tube and they said I could leave safely with my luggage. I said I was going back to the Airport to catch train to the Van Gogh Museum and needed the tube for posters I wanted to buy. They advised me there was a bus across the road (in quick walking distance) that took me to the front of the Museum!! Saved me LOTS of time!! Many thanks.

Unfortunately, I had to get up really early to catch my flight and missed out on breakfast. Hopefully next time I have a later flight that allows me more time.

Close to the airport and there is a free shuttle from and to the airport (frequently). The hotel is small and warm with a young vibe and pretty. The dining room in the lobby was nice and cozy. Breakfast was basic and nice. The staff were kind and efficient.

The room was very small. Just enough space to sleep, not enough for a lot of belongings. The shower, sink and toilet are tiny. The AC was only on hot mode and we didn't understand how to change it so we opened the window which was not comfortable. The prices at the snack bar were extremely high. The breakfast was good but maybe more options are needed (gluten-free etc)

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The free bus service is another key feature as I’m shuttling back and forth to watch the Dutch Grand Prix. My bed is big and comfortable with headboard lighting switches to set the mood. There is a “hidden” USB port which thankfully exists as I forgot my travel adapter. They do sell one, but being the last leg of my trip isn’t necessary. I booked with breakfast included to enjoy the convenience of in-hotel dining. The bread options are plentiful as well as other offerings and particularly like the cheese choices. The staff are helpful, accommodating, and kind.

Location and the bus service to and from the airport was amazing (even at 4 AM). The staff are nice people and super friendly. There was a food court closeby, adjacent to the hotel (in a different building). But the building also had like a burger place. Bare in mind, the prices are insane. But Im glad I got to eat somewhere close to the hotel!

The room was clean, but a paper cup for drinking water… I get it. Organic ans environment stuff. But afte one use you can basically throw it away… and then your left without one. The pillows were super flat, but I managed to sleep thankfully..!

The hotel was surprisingly excellent. The staff was very kind, breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The room was clean and more spacious than you would usually get at an Ibis Budget hotel. Reaching the Johan Cruyff Arena was surprisingly easy with bus number 300 for about 15-20 minutes and the bus stop is just a few minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel sells snacks at the reception and is expensive. A bottle of water goes for 5 euros and there aren't any other options nearby, so best prepare with water and some snacks :) The airport shuttle, tho being a big bus, can get too full and people might be left behind as we saw once, since there was literally no space left in the bust and they had wait for the next one, which in many cases is in 40 minutes. Everything else was perfect!
