Location was perfect, bathroom was spacious, modern and well equipped. Beds were big and comfy, and materials used everywhere were of higher quality, exubing a sense of and luxury.

Windows do not open at all - this is honestly unacceptable. Climatisation was sufficient and quiet but if you want some fresh air it is impossible to get. Room is relatively small, particularly for 3 people we were. We were travelling with trolleys and we were stumbling upon them, so to speak - if we had suitcases I struggle to see where they could fit in the room. Very little space to hang or put clothes.

Perfect location, very central , few minutes walk to Dam square, shopping, Amsterdam central train station and tram stations. The room was very clean, the shower was perfect! Hot water all day and night, high pressure water. Good aircondiotion in the room, and a good sized elevator . The staff was very friendly, nice treats were waiting for us in the room upon arrival.

Stayed at a triple room , which had a big double bed and one single bed . The single bed was behind a wall that divided the room, which made being together and chatting before bed a bit inconvenient. The toilet was very small, unventilated and without a tap to wash hands (had to go into the shower room to use tap). There were no hangers for towels , and hardly any space to put clothes (few coat hangers , no wardrobe). The single bed mattress was a bit bouncy and lifted up when sitting on the bed . The price was a bit high for the size of the room. Cars and taxis can’t get to the hotel street, which makes it nice and quiet , but that’s something to realize and know for those who are struggling to walk, or in bad weather.

The breakfast was very good with slot of variety. I was provided gluten free bread options which were unexpected and very much appreciated. Many thanks to Roberto for his efforts to make us comfortable. Upon arrival he identified a restaurant with GF options whose kitchen would be open late. It was very much needed and appreciated after a long trip via train.

Really only the proximity on the same street to a “coffee shop” whose aromas seem to permeate everything with the smell of “weed”. I have asthma so I would like to not have experienced that.

The staff were super friendly upon arrival. The hotel is based right in the city centre just off the High Street, so there is no noise nuisance at all. The room was very clean, and the bed was huge compared to most beds you get in Amsterdam we had a large double bed. We stayed in the music room, and this is when we learned that each room has a theme. The music room is absolutely incredible! The room come equipped with a record player and vinyls for you to sample or you can hook up your phone to their Bluetooth speakers and play your own music in the room, but that isn't even the best part. They have a disco ball in the room that lights up and turns the room into your own mini disco! Most nights, after turning in from a night out, we would get the music on and stare at the pretty lights around the room it was mesmerising. Each night, the staff left little cards for us, giving us recommendations on what's on what to do whilst we were here, which was super handy! They always greeted us with a smile as we came and went during the day. The fact that it was so quiet considering its right in the heart of Amsterdam is a bonus. They also have an elevator for anyone who struggle with those infamous steep Dutch stairs! I've stayed in Amsterdam many times now, but this hotel has been a stand-out and is somewhere we would 100% book again when we return! Definitely one of the best value for money hotels you will find in Amsterdam. 10/10.

Lovely quadruple room, coffee maker and welcome bottle of prosecco. A short distance from centraal and walkable to the main sights.

We booked a quadruple room as we were travelling with children. The entry to the hotel is down a lane directly across from a coffee shop that attracts a rough crowd. Fine for adults but I wouldn't pick this location again with kids, Id stay closer to the Jordaan

The location is central with great access to the city, most of which is an easy walk away. Despite its central location, the hotel is wonderfully quiet. I'm a light sleeper so not being disturbed by any traffic/street noise was a huge bonus. The room and bathroom was comfortable and well enough equipped. The hotel team were super helpful - Mike, Chris and Valantina - and friendly, which really made my stay. So much nicer than staying in a big impersonal hotel. Special thanks to Valentina, the manager on duty when I checked out, who couldn't have been more professional or helpful!

The compressor on the room's air con runs constantly even when switched off (if only very quietly), so, in my room - the Music Room (fun themed rooms!) there's always an audible hum/hiss eminating from it. Had I not brought noise-cancelling headphones, it would have kept me awake. The mini-bar fridge was illuminated with a glass door meaning light projected into the room. Fine during the day, but not ideal at night when you want complete darkness. I hung a dark t-shirt and jacket in front of it to block out the light at night. The slight air-con noise and the fridge light for me were annoyances that might not bother others. I would have given my stay a 9 had they not been issues.

small cozy and friendly hotel, with a restaurant, coffeshop with 5 meters from the hotel door, very close location to the main square. every room has it's own design and decoration, i had the gaming room, the theme was nice, room has it's own AC and openable window (small one though)

the toilet is separated from the rest of the WC . the actual WC (shower and washing basin) are freely open to the room without a door, all the shower noises and steam will definitely go into the bed room, waking up your spouse or partner (this concern is more important for travelers with partners), wouldnt be a problem is am travelling alone. small corridors all over the hotel

We travelled 8 people together, so we had the luck to book 3 amazing rooms. Each room has something special that I don’t want to tell to maintain the surprise. The personnel were very kind and help us with everything we needed. The location is very good, near to the main tourist points and it’s very close to the train station. If you go to Amsterdam, I totally recommend you this hotel.

Nothing at all.

The room was setup pretty well. The beds and sheets were clean. The hotel was in central location to everything. The staff was super nice and helpful.

The price was a little more per night considering the size of the rooms. The floor could have been a little cleaner. I would have liked to have regular water in the room. They had mineral water, and people were using that for the coffee makers, ruining the inside of the espresso maker. It would have been nice to have washcloths for bathing.
