Was very central, the staff were friendly and the room was very clean.

The breakfast needed more British options, the bacon eggs and beans that was there were left sitting rather than making little amounts and refilling it was all cooked at once.

Great location! The best location, in the middle of everything, great breakfast, easy check in, basic but comfortable rooms. Great for 3 people, families and solo travelers here, very safe. As a 60 + traveler with college aged family on trip, I’m so glad I left my safety zone of hotel chains and stayed here. Staff helpful, had an elevator for going up, stairs were faster to come down Breakfast was filling and plentiful, I used in room teapot several times a day

A bit more cleaning under beds. Rooms were made everyday, cleaned, fresh towels, just noticed under beds quite dusty when I dropped something

Excellent location for our arrival and all activities. The staff offered us a first floor room which was easier for us to negotiate. Also, very helpful with directions and info for public transportation. Very generous and good "continental" breakfast. The staff communicated with us quickly - and, affirmatively, when we sent a request about the possibility of a luggage drop-off prior to our check-in time.

Unsure of the purpose of an additional cash damage deposit which is refunded at time of check-out without room inspection.

The hotel is very old

The location was excellent, price was adequate and the room was absolutely okay. The bed was comfortable, the pillows - too. The hotel has also improved by offering a free WIFI by contrast with before where you had to pay for it. The navigation was clearly labeled and the breakfast was stable enough. It is a solid choice, nothing fancy but nothing in excess. It is my third time here and I have never been disappointed.

It is not a 10 because the bathroom was a bit too small and the shower section not that comfortable - almost no separation between the shower and the bathroom and also the shower requires to mix hot and cold water instead of having just one precise battery. Breakfast could have been more abundant and the bathroom - cleaner, but as I said it is a solid choice and a good price. Rooms sound isolation was poor but if you have considerate roommates, it will be fine. Another point is that the rooms are a bit too dark because not enough light comes in but again - a minor thing

Not the most expensive. They do a free breakfast and the staff are friendly.

You have to hand your key in every time you leave but I'm guessing that's because people lose them so much. The power was off in my room for a full night and didn't come back on until I left that morning but they treated it like it happens a lot and never offered an extension so I could charge my devices. The toilet isn't secured to the floor and the shower sprays everywhere as the hose is broken.

Right in middle of city, close to attractions, things to do and transport. Small verandah overlooked canals.

Elevator was small, but then it is better than having to walk to top floor. Crowd noise you got used to. Police sirens were too hard to over come. The smell of cannibis smoke wafted across Central amsterdam all the time, and now I know it makes me have allergen responses. Most of these are site and city related rather than specific to the Hotel. More storage would have been good.

🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹 I went from Ethiopia to Amsterdam for vacation and stayed at Delta Hotel for 3 days. The first thing I really liked was the direction. Even if someone who is not familiar with the city comes from the airport to the city center by train, it takes 3-4 minutes to walk from the train station. I'm glad it's on the main road. My second favorite is that it's right in the center of the city, so it's a great place to enjoy a boat ride, watch the red light, and walk around. another thing is this hotel is very clean and quiet and they have good hospitality and delicious breakfast. 🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹

Location is very convenient for the train station - five minute walk. No problem checking in at 11:30 pm as we did. The breakfast was included and was well worth having - bacon, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, toast, cereals, fruit, bread etc.

The price! Not really a criticism of the Delta Hotel but of Amsterdam in general. Once you get your head round that, this was one of the better value places. Our room was a little ‘tight’, but then again, not as bad as some we have stayed in before or seen the pictures of elsewhere in Amsterdam.

For the affordable rate we paid, the property is good. The location is impressive, close to the Amsterdam Central Station and everything you need is within the area. Breakfast gives you a good start of the day.

The walls are thin and you can definitely hear conversation and door bangs, specially at night. I understand the weather is unpredictable yet it can be warm and fuzzy in the room hence we had no choice but to open the windows for breathe of fresh air.
