I realized this hotel gets some mixed reviews, but I had a good experience. Comfortable and clean room. The location is particularly convenient if you are by car and need to drive to different places in the Netherlands. Parking is free. Having said that, if you need to be in downtown Delft, there is a bus stop nearby with busses going quite regularly to Delft Central Station in one direction and Den Haag Ypenburg train station in the other.

Prices for overnight stays have gone up a lot in the Netherlands, and this is no exception.

Its not the first time I have stayed here - and each time has been the same - great value for money, great location and great staff. The food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. The breakfast could do with a little improvement but that is just my personal view as other people seemed to enjoy it - it was just a selection thing and I'm British and like an English style breakfast. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff on the desk were very polite and knowledgeable.

We had stayed here before and thought it was excellent, so we deliberately chose a travel route that allowed us to make a return visit. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and the breakfasts are very good. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel restaurant primarily serves Dim Sum, which is a bit limited, but there is a really good "all you can eat" Chinese buffet restaurant 5 minutes walk away in another hotel where the choice of food is amazing.

The room is spatious and the armchair had a space for legs, and after my sick leave with the leg very good. It has tea in the room. The bed is big and comfortable. Especially the curtains are dark and because of the city edge location it is silent and you can sleep very well. The staff is very friendly, as I generally experienced it in the Netherlands. The bathroom has a bath, not a shower.

The hotel is quite far from the city center (half an hour walk), but you can discover hidden treasures on it, such as biodiversity. It can be reached from the train station and the university by a bus, but the bus station is in Hague and since payment is by bank card, and I was over the weekend, I had no idea how much it was

The typical Chinese style hotel with warming and polite staff. The room is good and spacious with facilitating bath equip. , coffee, tea and TV. The nearby area although is close to the road, it's really quiet all day. On the first floor, there is still a Cantonese restaurant serving the regional cuisine.

The hall and room are spraied with perfume, it makes sensitive people including me need to ventilate the air when arrived. Being different from the Chinese hotels, it doesnt provide with toothpaste and hair comb (may be a european habit).

Room was of a good standard and kept clean. Bathroom was a good size and actually had a bath. Breakfast offer was only a continental selection but done excellently, and the area could be used as a lounge the rest of the day. Hotel was also able to look after bags for us after we checked out.

Hotel is a bit further out of Delft then it looked on a map but still very easy to get to by public transport and had a present walk into the city.

I have visited before. So glad to come back. I love the symbol and design that nurtures the Dutch and Chinese relationship. Overall the hotel is still run to high standards. It was opened by a Chinese company in 2011. Don’t be misled by its situation. At the back is the Delft countryside in easy walking distance. And centrum is under 5 minutes by cycle. There is a very popular Chinese restaurant in the hotel.

Would like more variety for breakfast. Wish there was an iron and board in the room.

Room with bed, large television (with main Dutch and some international channels) and bathroom (bath with shower, sink and toilet) was all fine. A small fridge and small kettle to make some tea on the room. Bed comfort, and wifi were fine too. There was a small table to sit work on. Breakfast was great! with pancakes and waffles to make, fresh fruits and fresh fruit juice, yoghurt and dried fruits, cereals and different types of fresh bread and my favorite on trips beans and bacon. Buffet style, all fine and great with nice service staff.

There is a close bus-stop ('Defensie') with bus connection to center, main train station (20mins), and Technical University (15mins), but this is a bit of a trip. A lot easier by car as the hotel has parking. Because of the location, some restaurants and Mc Donald's are in the same street (and a Chinese restaurant in the same building, but separate). But some fresh shopping for snacks and groceries requires a trip to the supermarket, which will be in the center, and thus needs some planning.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The location to public transport into Delft was close by. Parking was plentiful.

Nothing to actually dislike. The furniture in the room was a bit worn. The building was showing its age but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Some of the facilities are a little bit old and need some little reformation probably in the future but nothing special everything was fine
