I think it's the best place to stay in Giethoorn. Beautiful and calm area. Separate homes with everything you need near the water. Comfortable beds. Kitchen. Big table. Sofa. Outdoor table. Boat rent 40€ per hour, 60€ per 2 hours. Cheaper can find near the supermarket. Also, with bike rental. Parking is 6€ once exiting.

The shower and sofa were dirty. Have to empty refrigerator, washing rack, dishes have to be cleaned (no dishwasher), remove bedsheets, leave trash bag next to the door. I came to rest not to clean. City tax not included (1.5€ per person per night). Late check out after 10.30pm cost 35€.

It was a wonderful, new chalet with air conditioning, and the manufacturing quality of the chalet was at a wonderful level. The kitchen was very excellent, the kitchen equipment was also excellent, the outdoor seating was nice, high-quality internet, it was really wonderful, the behavior of the landlord was very excellent and the staff as well.

Everything was wonderful, but I wished there was a sieve on the window so that I could open it at night so we could enjoy the cool air, but we could not because the area was teeming with annoying insects and mosquitoes , Also, it was not easy to find the keys to the chalet. If by chance a crew member had not been there, it would have been very difficult to find the location of the key. More details must be provided in the email.

The chalet was very clean, well equipped, very new and fresh with a very well-kept area outside with grass and patio table & chairs. I speculatively requested a little surprise honeymoon present for the 2nd couple that was staying in the other room. The contact for Waterpark Giethoorn replied promptly informing that a surprise would be left, which was a bottle of wine and chocolates. There are a couple of 4-star hotels that we stayed in on our travels that didn't even bother to reply to my request, but Waterpark Giethoorn honoured the request amicably. Waterpark was also able to provide a boat hire at short notice for a very good price, available right outside our chalet.

The key lock-box system is not very secure because of the key-code numbers chosen. One only has to look at the number of an open box to be able to know the number of all other boxes (unless the tenant has randomised the numbers after opening the box, like I always did). I strongly recommend W.G. to change the key-codes to be randomised numbers.

Location was right opposite the P1 parking; Nice comfortable beds; the cabins are prefabricated units placed next to a canal (while some can be on the other side of the canal facing a garden) so provides a peaceful stay.

They ask you to deposit 150 Euros at check in which they return after checking the apartment after your check out which was a little weird; the prefabricated units does not really feel homely but they were comfortable; To reach the units you have to walk through a narrow passageway among other houses;

the two bedroom wasn’t useless, no heating like storage area. toilet too much small. main bedroom doesn’t contain mirror of desk and the bed is taking the whole place. no lighting along the way to reach chalet. prefer to put curtains on kitchen and main door glasses

Modern property, well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Great location, and a good variety of services (eg: boat rental) associated to the property. The managers of the property communicated well and accommodated our requests to the best possible extent. Kitchen is also well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Nice outdoor sit-out area to have a cold beer in the evenings or a hot coffee in the morning. The boats available for rental are also very well maintained and reasonably priced.

The air conditioning power was a little weak, so for hot summer days it was difficult for the room to be cool quickly.

Location, Chalet with all the facilities, Equipped Kitchen, Nice Breakfast area outside, the boat was also available for rent, right in front of the chalet. I am really pleased with my stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Boat rental maybe slightly high compared to other providers. No other things to callout.

You can rent a boat for one hour at the entrance and take your luggage to the room, do check in and put your luggage in the room the go back to return the boat. This to be done if you have luggage with you. Otherwise the place have their own boat and you can rent it from them

The house es located close to each other so you can not open the window if you want more privacy
