This hotel was beautiful and clean. Amenities were amazing. Spa was to die for and the spa services we received (massages, facial) were wonderful and relaxing. The staff was very kind and helpful. Location could not have been better! You walk out of the hotel and are immediately surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The only downside was that we had to walk through the small but packed restaurant to get to the spa. A little awkward when they were busy with dinner and you’re walking through with your robe and slippers.

The location was superb, the suite brilliantly appointed and everything was just top quality. I have not slept in a bed as comfortable. In addition, the likes of the air-conditioning complemented the room size and worked! And worked quietly and effectively. The staff were discrete and friendly. I would like to make special mention about the breakfast; it is so well thought out and delivers exactly what you want without the need for a wasteful and expensive buffet - take it, it is worth every penny and beautifully presented.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very central. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served rather than self-service, the food was very fresh and well presented. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel is a little impersonal. as we arrived after 6pm we signed ourselves in vis the late entry procedure. This meant we had no contact with reception or management until checking out. Would prefer a menu for choice of breakfast. Would have liked an armchair in the room not just a desk chair.

Interesting hotel in the city centre, renovated old house. Delicious breakfast and dinner and really helpful staff.

Staff is in the hotel only from 09.00 - 18.00 than someone from restaurant might help u in case of need. For business travelers not practical while u cannot do late check in or early check out. It’s true that communication can be handled via email but in case u have some specific requests this concept doesn’t work. I do recommend this hotel for holidays stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent spa and restaurant. Beautiful building in a great location.

The location is very central which is great but keep in mind that means it’s also very busy. We were unlucky to be there during the fair which was right outside and very noisy.

The breakfast was continental. It was brought on platers. It was fresh and fantastic quality and presented very well. The thing I would have to say I didn’t like was they brought everything to our table. Mine and my husband’s tastes are different and he doesn’t like muesli fruit and yogurt and cut meats and I’m not really a sweet pastry and bread and orange juice person . But because there was enough for 2 of everything I felt a lot was wasted. What would they do with the untouched food? They should throw it away? But what a waste when so many people go hungry. So buffet is best.

The fact that they brought too much to the breakfast table and also it was hit and miss if we were offered eggs. We were offered them on the first day only.

Great location, nice rooms

Hotel reception staff incapable of giving the right address when roads are closed for events etc. The hotel sends several mails in advance for 100 other futile questions and they cannot provide guidance for people arriving by car (after a 7hrs road trip) a is pretty unprofessional

Beautiful room - I would call "Scandy" style, simplistic and refined. There was a lift as well as stairs which is always welcome when travelling a long way with heavy luggage. I did not use the spa facilities but felt respected and not pressured to do so or not. Great location. Cannot fault this hotel.

I was at Maison Haas Hustinx to celebrate my girlfriends birthday! We arrived late at night, everything was perfectly organised. The keys to the room were waiting for us at the reception, we could easily settle in. Bärbel from the reception was incredibly helpful giving us tips as to what to do in Maastricht and we ended up having the best time. This has to be one of- if not the best place to stay in Maastricht. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of everything at the hotel. I can highly recommend this place!

Everything was ideal.

Lovely spacious rooms with beautiful authentic details. The location was great however the view wasn’t amazing during Christmas as the Vrijthof square had a market and we looked at the containers. This shouldn’t normally be a problem.

The price point is very high and everything extra is being charged for like parking, spa access and early check in which doesn’t give a great feeling of service provided. The spa also still needed to heat up so we needed to wait for the sauna and the Hamam was a bit smelly. Things I would expect to not be happening at this rate.
