The room was nicely decorated, Calm and modern. Just what to expect from a hotel room. The water in the shower was quickly warm. Shower was relatively big. 2 sets of pillows, a soft and a harder one. Well thought off!

The room was not sound proof. I could hear the people talking in the next room. The TV was rather small ( i do not care, but maybe others do mind). The floor in the restaurant was dirty - even sticky.

Excellent location near restaurants, museums, shops and the train station. Staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and neat.

The soundproofing between rooms wasn't great. There was a nearby bar playing music and discarding glass bottles which disturbed our sleep on both nights until the early hours of the morning.

The stay was exactly as expected and overall I'm quite happy with this hotel. The location certainly is its biggest asset—you really can't be more centrally located than this. The room is fairly basic, but clean and functional. Breakfast is perfectly fine and the staff has been helpful and nice throughout our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

The room could use a bit more storage, especially space for clothes is rather limited. The breakfast nook is also fairly small, which requires breakfast to be spread out into groups by time.

The location was ideal - city centre close to trams and railway station, many places to eat nearby. The staff were efficient and hardworking. Everything was clean and tidy. Rooms quiet and air conditioned. Tram 9 takes you to the beach. Alight at Zwarte Pad – the terminus – and walk to the end of the beach bars. It's much quieter that end, and perfect for skinny-dipping in the North Sea. The International Criminal Court is worth visiting, but check the times as trials are not on every day. Worth knowing: you can now check in and out of trams, trains and buses with contactless debit/credit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay, so there's no longer a need to buy an OV-chipkaart for public transport.

The Schaerer coffee machines at breakfast were temperamental. Staff needed to intervene regularly to keep them working. At times, only one machine was functioning. The hotel should consider replacing them with a more reliable brand.

The room was basic yet very comfortable and the bathroom/shower perfectly accommodating, especially for someone with age related mobility issues (but no cane or wheelchair). The breakfast was also very good, albeit basic. Overall the price/quality was quite acceptable. (I prepaid the lowest price without a refund option for cancelation.) Extremely nice was the quietness of a courtyard room; the tilt-back window opened just enough for fresh air. My experience with the front desk personnel showed they were always courteous and very helpful. Very good selection of television channels, but If anything could be improved I would suggest a slightly larger television screen.

There was nothing to really dislike.

Location is excellent, despite that is quite in the center (in one of the streets close to Plain where there are multiple bars), I did not feel noise in my bedroom. Breakfast was good, good selection of bread, cheese, sweets. The room was very good, good size, very clean and with all you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very good.

In the hotel the central air conditioning is ON all the time and there is no possibility to manipulate it tu turn it off in the bedroom, which is not very nice when you do not like air conditioning or are allergic to it. There is a remote in the bedroom to turn on or off the heating or air conditioning but this is apart from the main central one. One of the coffee machines was broken for a couple of days which caused a bit of long line in the coffee place. But they solved it afterwards and all good.

Nestled in the center of the city, the hotel has eateries, shops and tram stops nearby making it a great location, especially if you're visiting the Mauritius museum. Its just 1 min from the hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. Check in and check out was efficient and prompt. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The TV had English news and channels and they took pains in providing both a hard and soft pillows for guests, which I truly appreciate. The complimentary buffet breakfast and all day drinking water helped tide guests over the day. Overall it was a great! stay and would definitely return on my next trip to the Hague.

It was amongst the cheapest hotels in the city center (even though it was not cheap). Location in the city center, close to the train station. Lots and lots of restaurants and bars/pubs nearby. Very clean and very good housekeeping. Bar at the reception opened 24/7. Large bathroom. The stuff was very helpful and nice. Didn't came by car but noticed there is a enclosed parking for the hotel's clients.

In the room there was no dressing, only a support with 7 or 8 hangers. Also no drowers to place your clothes in. Breakfast was good but it could be improved by having some more options. Nothing else.

The location is perfect, rooms are quite decently isolated from sounds(in comparison to a lot of other hotels). Furthermore the staff is very friendly.

Water pressure of the showers is low, I would rate it below average. A rainshower would have been nicer as well, the showerhead is quite fixed. Entering and leaving hotel could and personally should be done with the keycard, its quite annoying to keep buzzing the bel to enter late night. The stairway might need some sound proof covers if you have a corner room next to it, also the door may need some slower closing mechanism. Sound and push force required wise. The coffee machine queue needs some work at breakfast, as well as the corner section for the food. A very busy and badly designed layout was my expierence.

central location, walking distance from train station, really good breakfast buffet incl. in price. descent size rooms with comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need wether on business or leisure trip. Nice and very clean bathroom. the hotel seems to have been refurbished not too long ago everything is fresh. staff polite and service minded in the American way. probably the best value for money in central Hague considering the quality

only minor thing room a bit warm since towards atrium and duvets thick no windows to open. didn’t use air con if there was one. opt for a room with windows .
