It was close the highway, so just 10min away from Den Haag Central or 45min away from Amsterdam with the car. That saved us quite some money compared to parking at those cities overnight. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Enjoyed our stay there.

The parking was included for free but it was also a shared parking space with the restaurant and you can't reserve a parking spot. If you come back after restaurant closing hours, it's fine. But during dinner time, it's hard to find a parking spot. As for the room. We couldn't lock the door, due to the lock being broken, we could just close the door normally, which was fine I guess. But some people might not like that, so I wanted to mention that

- free of charge parking, as the hotel is located in the shopping area - good breakfast options for a reasonable price for the area (17€) - the bed and pillows were comfortable - spacious room and bathroom, water kettle available in the room - complementary water bottle at the reception

- air conditioning system is loud both in the room and the bathroom - poor window isolation, you can hear traffic in the busy roads beside - both the sink and the shower were jammed, so the water was not flushing down properly - when I arrived, it was quite chilly in the room

The location is excellent if you need to travel to any of Den Haag, Delft, or Leiden as it is right beside the motorway and all are within 10-20 minutes. The breakfast was fine, with plenty of hot or cold options. The room was perfect for a short stay especially the bed which was very comfortable. Also the bathroom in the room was really spacious and nice with a large shower.

The water pressure was a little low sometimes but this could have been as we were on the top floor. There is free parking at the hotel but it is also used for the casino and restaurant downstairs and so it was sometimes difficult to fine a space. Location is great if you have a car but is a bit out of Delft if you are walking/cycling.

The location and the free parking are great if you're coming to Delft or The Hague by car. The hotel is not expensive and you save a lot of money on not having to pay extra for the parking in the city center. The cleanliness is acceptable. Generally, a nice concept and design that needs a bit of an update.

The mattress of our double bed had an indentation on the left side, where most people slept - this tells me that it's very old. This made it uncomfortable for sleeping.

Modern facilities. Everything was new and squeaky clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The soundproofing was very good, something to be appreciated especially given that the hotel is conveniently located next to a busy motorway. The breakfast was very good: the choice was great and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

The bed was too soft to our liking, but that is purely personal preference.

The bedroom was spacious with everything we needed including a coffee machine. There was free parking right outside the hotel, plenty of room.

We stayed for 3 nights, Friday to Monday morning and on Friday and Saturday nights there was a LOT of traffic noise. We thought it was from cars leaving the casino attached to the hotel. Cars revved their engines until the early hours affecting our sleep.

Breakfast was good and staff in all the areas was always kind and ready to help. Good quality of internet. The hotel has a nice restaurant, all you kind eat type. Hotel is near to a bus station and 10 minutes of tram.

Rooms are a little bit smaller than expected.

The room was really nice, comfortable with nice amenities. It even had a coffee machine on the room and the view was nice.

The only down side was parking because it is shared with the restaurant, it was really difficult to find a place during the night so we had to do many rounds to find one. The next morning there were available spots, so probably some became available after closing hours of the restaurant.

Brand new and clean with modern furnishings. Has all essentials like fridge, coffee maker and kettle except the iron. Big shower, free parking in front of the hotel, very nice and professional staff. There is no surrounding stores or attractions but very close to the bus station ((just steps away) to get to the Delft City center. The value is good too. Highly recommended.

Cleaning service is very detailed. Always coffee cups delivered, towels changed! fantastic, Reception service - high level and super quick! Fantastic chinese restaurant in the hotel!!!

Fresh water to be delivered to the rooms every day. Better promotion of the bicycles and e-bikes for customers - 13eur per 3 hours seems to be expensive
