The room was a great size, warm and comfortable. Good off road parking and walking distance to a supermarket. Good location if you are travelling from out of town and have appointments at Greenlane Hospital. The staff let us park in their car park during our appointment and the hospital is a 10min walk away.

Just a couple of small things, the kitchen didn't have a toaster for breakfast and sadly part of the motel is been used for emergency housing.

Spacious room (#2), dining table, sofa, coffee table, bed, and still plenty space to move unobstructed and throw your luggage around 🙂 Had my reservations re. unruly tenants (emergency housing, etc), as I'd been here before with an acquaintance visiting a friend, and it was a circus. Noisy and a lot of clowns. Fortunately, I was informed by the manager, the owners closed down during covid, renovated, reopened, did away with the social housing, etc, now operating as a standard Motel minus the bs. With that in mind, the Motel in general, a very quiet place, recently renovated, tidy, peaceful. Grateful for the stay, thank you.

The room was very clean, fresh and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was great. Having an ironing board and iron as well as a hair dryer is always appreciated. The front of house staff were very attentive checking in with me to see that everything was okay. The location was right next door the a Faro supermarket which made it easy to pick up supplies. Having brought my car it’s great to have free parking on site and it was a quick trip to the city. All and all a great stay and would recommend to others.

The staff member I dealt with was very professional showed me to my room even gave me bigger better room then wot I had paid for out of good will , so pretty much free Room upgrade. Facilities were Awsome modern new equipped room Bed was comfy ,& Inside of Room Toilet / Bathroom very clean I can't fault the service & Facilities at Knights inn . 10/10 stars given def stay here again. Highly Recommend to others

Small but enough amenities for our family of 3. There were plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cultleries, a pot and a pan. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff did mentioned that everything in the motel was recently renovated, so the beds and everything inside the room was new. Most parkings are available.

I would say the wifi connection from my room was not exactly the strongest, but I believe this is something the motel can work on to improve.

Booked a room for my 17y old son and friend in Auckland for a concert. Staff were very helpful in advance guaranteeing the booking with a credit card hold and proof of ID to ensure under age guests were properly protected. Most appreciative of their professionalism. The boys were super impressed with the room and how helpful the front desk staff were with their questions. Many thanks 😊

The service was excellent. After I had booked the room, I received a call from reception to say the TV in the room was not working. I appreciated the call in advance instead of notifying me upon arrival. The guy at reception was very apologetic and offered us a bigger room in their other hotel, but we just needed a place for the night. Thank you for the lovely service, comfortable and clean room.

This place is amazing . Super clean , excellent facilities . Bed was really big and super comfy . Owner was really nice and accomodating . We would stay there anytime . Bus really close ,and it’s teally quiet considering it’s on a busy road . I wish these owners every success . The price was excellent too especially for Auckland .

We checked in at the mid night because of our overnight flight. The manager picked up the call very soon when we arrived and helped us to settle down quickly. The guest laundry was temporary out of services and he helped us with our laundry, both wash and dry. The room is a little bit dated but well equipped, the small kitchen have everything you need for a short stay. One of our room's aircon was leaking and the manager tried to called for help, but actually it was midnight and new year holiday so no one can help. But he then moved us to another triple room on the next day and gave us extra mattress and bedding. He had done his best to help so we still enjoy the stay very much!

The room for 4 adults is a bit too small that we cannot open our suitcases, so better for you to book a separate room if you are more than two guests.

Great value from a Booking.com property. I can understand why they would push this or have it at the top of Auckland work stays. I was lucky to get a free room upgrade so it was Exceptional value for the quality of Shower/space. Plenty of parking and owner/staff were very friendly and very good hosts. A quality offering for sure.
