We are a returning customer to 103 Prince of Bealey, first stayed for work and returned knowing the staff are friendly and helpful while the rooms are clean with super COMFORTABLE beds! This trip we had a family member in Southern cross hospital just a 3min walk down the street it came in extremely handy. We needed to upgrade our room mid stay to allow one extra person and the person at front desk got us sorted quickly with a smile. Look forward to returning, really can't recommend enough.

I stay here whenever I'm working in Chch. Very handy location, staff very nice, room clean, comfortable. Not much more to say...

Cooking facilities could do with a little extra on the off-chance they are used. No salt or pepper, (all the makings for coffee though!), dish cloth had clearly seen better days.....just little things like that, which in no way detracts from the stay. Unless you want to cook yourself breakfast!

We had a wonderful big, comfortable room (handicapt room behind the stairs left from reception). Very nice bed and shower, relaxing. Staff was very helpfull when we needed them. Room was clean and tidy. Location was perfect and we could walk to the center and lots of restaurants around (we loved the 1950's Dinner 66 just around the corner the in walking distance)

Nothing really everything is perfect for a wonderful stay. Maybe the only thing is that the door to the room is a very heavy and sturdy fire door, I could hardly get it open myself. But there is nothing to do about that.

Location was great and the owners were lovely and helpful thank you. Lovely bathroom and comfy bed.

It would be helpful if there was a place to put your suitcase in the bedroom such as a luggage rack. The entry into the bathroom is very dangerous. There is a very sharp metal piece where the door slides across. I put a towel over it to prevent hitting my toe or foot on it.

Located on second floor - great. Room was nice and large and clean. Ensuite and kitchenette looked quite new or recently renovated. Everything worked as it should. Location was great for short car journey into city, or a leisurely stroll (20mins approx).

There was not always a car parking spot off street, the TV had very few free to air channels, there was little to no cupboard space.

I liked the room overall, although a bit more space would have been better, but what I had was still fine. Absolutely liked the staff. Very informative and supportive. It was most suitable for my needs.

Nothing really. Of course it could have been closer to the downtown, but its actually not too far and accessible very easily. Oh car parking was a real problem because I had to park on the road sometimes.

The room was very nice - modern, fresh and clean. Loved the tiles in the bathroom and kitchenette. Staff were wonderful.

Location - while it was central to most places, the noise was a bit much for us country bumpkins and also the outside balcony lights shone into the room quite a bit.

The staff were friendly and customer service was great. The room was lovely, spacious and immaculate. The bathroom and shower was particularly exceptional. The room also came with a lovely, spacious balcony with city views. Great location.

Just wish there was more wardrobe space available and dish rack for placing dishes after washing.

Was clean and tidy, comfy beds, and warm bedding. Couldn't fault any of that. The staff was lovely and it was easy to find. Good location, walk to town about 20 minutes with kids, but an easy, flat walk. Not too much in the direct vicinity, but that wasn't an issue for us.

If I had one very (very) small critique, it would be that a lot of basic things (like glasses and the shower head) were out of my reach (I'm 5'2). My 6ft husband could reach, but me and the kids not so much. If you don't have a tall person in your party maybe ask staff to put them in a lower cupboard for you :)

Very clean and close to town, easy to travel to Westfield Mall and Outlet stores due to location. Serviced each day. Very nice Kitchen and bathroom, loved the shower.

We were on the bottom floor, it would have been nice to sit outside in our private courtyard but needed weeding and new table and chairs. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.
