Such a clean, pleasant, and functional setup, with plenty of room for a whole family. E.g. A light over a mirror above a table surface in the bedroom - every woman's hope for a motel. The simple but modern decor is some of the nicest I've seen in a budget motel, and everything was fastidiously clean and working. This unit was absolutely perfect for the price.

Bathroom could definitely do with an upgrade in the longer term, but this is not something to complain about given the excellent price!

Didn’t like Bedding stuff Some smells old don’t know why,,, Kitchen drawers are smelling like left over food,bathroom sink tap is leaking… Overall Thank you for looking after us❤️❤️👏

The fully furnished kitchen with a stove was great for travelling with family. Great location and very clean and comfortable. Brian was helpful and supportive and called us early to make sure everything was ok.

Having two separate taps for hot and cold was a bit difficult to manage and the shower might be too low for taller people. Wifi was a bit weaker on multiple devices. Nothing major!

Easy to get to and from.

Missing some basics in unit, I.e. soaps in the bathroom and kitchenette areas.l The heater units supplied are past their used by dates interms of possible safety from toppling over. Fixed wall heaters or heatpump units are better suited for application. AV systems in rooms need updating.

The rooms were very cozy and warm when we arrived on a cold night. The lovely woman who welcomed us was great, apologies I can't remember her name. Very close to food places and supermarkets a great location is you're visiting the University

The oven tray didn't feel the cleanest, a bit grease sticky. Would be good to have the option of breakfast but we were directed to lots of little cafes around.

It’s in a great location, close to malls and supermarkets. Also close to the centre of town.

the parking was really problematic. Couldn’t fit my truck in because of a large tree. Needed a plug cover in the kitchen and the toaster only half worked. BUT the rooms were really clean, homely and loved that it allowed for our dog as well.

The fresh cosy feel of our room. The facilities were great and our beds were so comfortable. We had a great sleep. Was quiet even though the motel is on the main road. Really clean space,big thanks to the cleaner and the owners were very friendly. We will be back again

10am checkout because we were having such wonderful sleep 😂 Next time we'll need to ask for possibility of late checkout.

Couldn't get the wifi to have a stable connection. Had some trouble with the TV too. Wasn't overly an issue though as we were only there to sleep.

We loved our accommodation it was ideal for our visit to Christchurch and we were pleased to be able to have our dog travel and stay safely at the motel unit. The motel unit had good close parking and was so lovely and warm and all the facilities we were looking for

the cleaners come while we were out for the day and didn’t lock our door when they were done. we have lived in the neighbourhood and know it has very high burglary rates so this made us quite uncomfortable given we had left our suitcases and everything in the room.
