Lady at reception was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room were great, nice and clean. Warm and had a good little kitchenette we could could our own dinner. decent size fridge and freezer. Small things to some but loved the fact it had a decent coffee jar instead of a few sachets. Great sized bathroom, shower has amazing pressure Everything was clean and tidy and I felt it was great value for money. Great location, close to supermarket and hospital. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when we are back for check ups.

The studio unit we stayed in was immaculate, clean & fresh, and the queen bed was very comfortable. Location was great being near to the main shopping area and, although on a main road, was very quiet. The lovely proprietor even turned on the heater for us on our return after checking in earlier.

Only a minor thing - there were no coffee sachets for our morning cuppa and when we went to ask for milk, Reception was closed in the morning. I had also requested a sofa bed but the request doesn't appear to have been received so one of us slept on the couch.

The warmth professional, outstanding service of the staff. We got the chance to meet the owner, Mr Ankush! His genuine friendliness and willingness to assist. Ankush and his staff showed incredible attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our stay in comfort truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect. The surroundings of your motel was stunning. The picturesque views and serene atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation and well-maintained grounds, we were immersed in tranquillity.

The location was perfect for our stay and the place was suitable for us.

The fridge wasn't very cold and it was hard to work out which way to turn the dial to make it cooler. I think the dial gets knocked easily in its location. The single bed was a little soft and bouncy. Some of the plates were dirty. The shower soap dispenser was either empty or not working.

The location is excellent and easy to access all the facilities we need. The room is tidy and clean. The internet speed was fine, and two TVs were in the unit where we stayed, one bedroom with a queen and two single beds. Furniture and utilities are newer and well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious, and I loved the shower dome. The water pressure was excellent, and the service and staff at the office were satisfying.

Perhaps, they'd better install air-con for the hottest season.

I stayed there before Asure took over and they've kept up the great standards.

Would've preferred an extractor fan in the bathroom and a heater. Makes the bathroom more functional when being used by more than one person.

Stayed here while stepdad was in hutt hospital. About a 5 minute walk so we could leave the car at motel which saved us money on parking. 4 minute walk to kfc and a bit further up are a lot of other takeaways. Friendly host and very accommodating. Comfortable beds. A little noisy in room 1 due to the busy road but quietened down at night.

Lovely clean comfortable room. Kitchenette was well stocked with plates, cutlery, pots pan's and utensils. Shower was great nice and warm with good flow. Location very close to where I needed to be next day and close to supermarket and eateries

Only slight downside was my unit was closest to busy road, but by bedtime was reasonably quiet and I slept well

Noticed straight away how clean the property was from the outside. The rooms definitely matched my expectations. Was nice and clean and tidy. All the amenities you needed. Great service from the cleaners. We felt safe and secure here. I’m walking distance to the supermarkets. Definitely recommend to others.

Owners were really helpful and accommodating. Family unit was very comfortable and well appointed. Often difficult to find accommodation for families when you have 3 kids but the unit was really good. Great location very close to everything you need. Water pressure in the shower(s) was outstanding.
