Beautiful view (as seen in photo). Very clean and comfortable. Quiet but central location.

Very very tight parking spaces (though plentiful on street parking if you can't manage the turns).

We had a lovely view watching the ferries come in & out from Wellington The lady was very helpful organising a taxi for us to catch the Trans Alphine Train however on a good day you could easily walk to the station if you're fit . We walked the short distance to a choice of cafe's & restaurants for dinner & breakfast

The only downside, with us being carless at this stage of our trip, was the extremely steep driveway into the accommodation. The hot day even made this more problematic but hey we survived Room was a little dated although spotless with everything you needed

Room was very comfy. Balcony view was lovely. Further back from marina than I expected but still very pleasant. Spacious and amenities were great. Due to arrival and departure times did not meet the hosts but everything worked exceptionally well. Very satisfied with the stay.

Flickering light in kitchen was annoying but we weren't there long enough for it to trouble us. Main bedroom in family apartment had several beds in it which some families might not like but as its generally a transit location to the ferry I wouldn't worry about it for one night. Possibly a bit further out from restaurants etc if you were walking but minor inconvenience.

Brilliant view. We stayed in the standard room and then on our return trip in the two bedroom apartment. We would definitely stay in either again. Loved the outdoor space. The rooms were spacious and great water pressure! Lovely manager (she was new to the place but so great to deal with). Apartments were clean and a small bottle of fresh milk was provided daily which was great. Walking distance to the stores and beach.

The parking - it is very pokey and difficult with other vehicles. We chose to park on the street.

Great location overlooking the harbour , minutes from the ferry port and close to the local restaurants. Clean and comfortable large room with king sized bed with extra sofa bed, small table and chairs, plenty of places to sit down and relax after being in the car all day whilst watching the comings and goings Picton harbour. The Queen Studio had a small kitchen with hob, fridge etc, containing most items you would need for a couple of nights stop over in Picton. Rooms serviced daily . Lovely hosts . Arrived in the evening after reception was closed but note on the reception door clearly explained how to access our room .

2 bed apartment was great for our family. Staff were easy to talk to and accommodating of our needs. Views were great and walking distance to everything in picton.

Car parking was a bit of a mission but we managed! If you have two cars you have to park one on the street which is narrow Wellington styles so hard to navigate if you’re not used to it. Also a carpark down the road if you needed though.

The view was amazing. Sitting out on the balcony (or at the table inside when it was windy) allowed for a beautiful view of the Picton harbour and surrounding landscape. The room was spacious, with large bed, TV, kitchen, couch, table and chairs. Tea, coffee, sugar supplies and also milk given. Kitchen well supplied with utensils and appliances.

The hairdryer in the bathroom was very small and not powerful enough to dry my hair - but that's really not a biggie.

Definately got more than expected for the price especially as it was new years eve. Late arrival due to family issues but staff were amazing at ensuring it was easy for us to still gain access to the room.

Parking. But this wasn't the accomodations fault. Late arrival meant thousands of ppl were parking back road and I should of checked for parking availability when checking out accomodations.

The room were generously spacious. We loved the layout, had a little kitchenette as well if someone wanted to cook. The view was amazing which is why we booked it and it exceeded our expectations. We had a toddler and she absolutely loved running around the two rooms we had booked. lots of space for her to play. The lady in the front reception was absolutely lovely.

The only thing that concerned us was the steepness of the driveway having a toddler. We felt it was quite unsafe with fall risk so couldn't really let her be outside without someone constantly being around her which was not really a problem.

Wow. The views from my room were stunning. I woke in the morning, looked out from my balcony and thought I really should be paying more for this. The room was a great size. It had a dining table for 2. A 2 seater couch. A large bed, I’m guessing a Queen. Very good sized bathroom and a galley style kitchen. I have stayed here another 2 times now. It’s just perfect. No restaurant onsite but everything is so close it’s not needed. Probably one of the nicest places I have stayed in for work, anywhere.

I loved everything about this hotel.
