The kitchen and living area was absolutely brilliant - exactly what we needed for evening card games. The view and outdoor table was exactly what we were looking for. The downstairs bed was super comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were absolutely great. Sky tv is always a bonus. We would recommend the crazy golf down by the water it was great. If you like tapas style food Sisu was absolutely amazing.

The signs could be more clear as I used the front door next to elevator and the sign next to the cooker implies it should never be used which we found confusing as we had a key. There was no guest book for activities in the area which we find very helpful - I know this can be found online but first hand knowledge of the area from a local is far better. Little things like fresh milk in the fridge go a long way.

This is truly a stunning place! The location could not be better. We were laying in bed at night watching the ferries come and go. Early in the morning we just hopped down the elevator to go get a coffee from one of the many coffee shops downstairs. After a lovely dinner (also just downstairs at one of the restaurants) we took a stroll down the marina. Everything is within easy walking distance. The view from the unit is stunning and exactly as pictured. The unit is super clean, modern and comfortable. The couches in the lounge were very comfortable and could fit our family of four easily and comfortably. The two fully equipped bathrooms were so convenient having two teenagers with us. Directions and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely book this unit again when in Picton. This was definitely one of the best, if not THE best place we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need, were provided -from a box of tissues in the bathroom, to a hair straightener! Thank you for making our visit to beautiful Picton just perfect.

Nothing - everything was beyond expectation.

We loved everything. We got an early check in which we really appreciated as we were at the end of a two week South Island roadie. The apartment was exceptionally clean and really well set out, great location and lots of thoughtful touches like a washing machine/dryer which was fantastic. Good range of all kitchen accessories and SKY tv. My husband will tell you that any time I can watch MTV 80s is my best time. Bed was super comfy, linen crisp and delicious and good pillow choices. Great view too from the balcony. It was cold and rainy when we were there but I could definitely see us sitting on the balcony with wine and cheese, enjoying the view and watching the bustle of Picton and the port. Picton itself is super cute too - touristy but really friendly. We bought heaps of things from the local shops and had good meals, SISU for lunch and The Oxley for dinner. We would definitely visit Picton again, using the apartments as a base and trying out some of the adventure/water/vineyard action nearby.

Only that we spent a night in Blenheim when we could have spent two nights in Picton. (To be fair, we did have a good breakfast at Olive and Herb in Blenheim but that was the only highlight)

This is a well appointed apartment with pleasant view and very handy location. The self checkin process was explained clearly with secure parking is provided which was appreciated as we were on motorcycles.

Only problem we had was the dryer was not functioning properly due to the conditioner never being cleaned. This maintenance step was not known by the management so had been missed for some time. When the error was realised the host was very efficient in taking care of the problem and ensuring we had what we needed to dry our clothes and that all dryers had the conditioners up to working standard.

A great modern fully equipped two level apartment on the waterfront in Picton. Two bedrooms (can sleep 6), with two balconies, large open plan lounge and dining area and very comfortable beds. Great waterfront views. Very comfortable. Well equipped.

Location instructions left off key details that would have made finding the apartment much easier. We guessed at the building and then tried a lock box outside the front door of a room that could have been someone else's apartment . in the end it was ours so not a problem.

The property location is outstanding and so convenient to bars, cafes, shops and the waterfront. The views from our apartment in Tower 1 were stunning, especially waking up in the morning and seeing two cruise ships coming into the beautiful harbour. Gorgeous, old historical building, which appears to be called both the Oxley Hotel and Picton Waterfront Apartments. No issue with noise. The two bedroom and two bathroom apartment was perfect for our travelling party of 2 couples. Having a bathroom for each couple was ideal. The apartment was clean, tidy and modern with good well-equipped kitchen facilities, a nice comfortable lounge/dining area and a great balcony with some outdoor seating to look at the views. The bathrooms were both fully tiled, clean and modern and all the basic toiletries were provided. I liked the cabinet and bench space in the bathroom to put my toiletries, good lighting and heated towel rails. The shower also had good pressure. The bedrooms were great with space on the floor for luggage and the beds were comfortable. One bedroom had a view and access to the balcony while the other one was at the back with a view over to a parking lot.

Not much that I didn't like. Although I was given good long instructions for where to find the lock box, it still took a little bit to find the right place to look as there were other lockers, but got there in the end. My only other feedback would be to improve the hair dryers to get ones that are more powerful for women with thick and long hair. Also it would be nice if a slightly bigger bottle of milk was provided as not enough for 4 people.

The location & space for 2 people was exceptional. The views from the living area of the marina and surrounding hills/mountains (depending on your definition of either) was beautiful. The picture perfect view of the sounds from the main bedroom was stunning. The kitchen and eating area were both functional and there was plenty of storage.

Had there been 4 adults, the seating area may have been rather cozy as would the outdoor space. The latter really only catered for two. Having said that, the main bedroom had a great view so a couple of chairs by the master window would enable 2 couples to enjoy some quiet time with a view.

This apartment was the best place we stayed across both islands/whole of NZ during our month trip. The property is situated on the waterfront with the apartment above the historical pub, so there was a beautiful view of the mariner and town. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Property management were great too (we left our iPad there, and Kim was kind enough to post it back to us in Australia).

Spacious apartment with view and right in town. Doors on balcony could safely be kept open for beautiful breeze. Two bathrooms, one with ensuite makes it ideal for a couple of friends or family to stay. Booked initially for 2 couples to share but circumstance meant we had to ourselves. How lucky where we! Shops within walking distance meant we cooked 3 nights. Restaurants close by were available if we chose not to cook

It was a little tricky in obtaining keys from lockbox, and locating the apartment in the towers but after that first time, easy and apartment is secure. In fact found it then easy to get from Car park provided to apartment.

Great location, AMAZING view on the deck, where we enjoyed our Christmas lunch, beautiful apartment, very clean, everything you need in the kitchen, also washing machine and the dryer. We had yo cook our Christmas dinner since all the restaurants and cafes closed on Christmas. The supermarket was nearby. The kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, so the pillows. We would definitely stay here again!
