Lovely new carpets. Nice and warm room in winter - good heating. Heated towel rack, very kind staff. Great location. Shower was great. Room smelt fresh and new. Car parking next to room. Clean.

Soundproofing not great. We could hear some noise from the room next to us - some muffled voices and sounds of closing doors. Also the first night we were kept up until 10:30pm by the noise of people closing motorhome doors because there was a big group in one going in and out of it. Really the only flaw of this place is the soundproofing. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t stay again and second night was much quieter. But a deal breaker for my partner who needs quiet to sleep. I would still recommend this accommodation. It was my favorite room on our NZ holiday.

We have stayed here lots of times over a couple of years and it just keeps getting better! Is so well setup, clean, amazing facilities, perfect location and the new owners and their team are outstanding in terms of care and hosting. The guy at reception was so good when checking in and answering questions, always smiled and said hi in the campground and outside of it too. The children felt welcome, and the facilities were great. Even had bikes for them to use on top of the playground, kids room and lounge. We stayed over Father's Day and Mike put on beer tasting and roast pork on the BBQ for everyone. Was not only the best roast pork I've ever tried, but was also a great way to meet other travellers. Room was great, well setup and very clean.

The BEST accomodation and staff members we have ever encountered! We had booked the classic double cabin and when we arrived we were super happy with the cleanliness and many amenities this room had for the price. However, we were walking past reception and Mike stopped us and upgraded us to the apartment for free!!!! Being students, we hadn't experienced such luxury in a very long time. We had everything we needed and more - the bathroom floors were bloody heated?!? Despite it being the start of winter, the room was incredibly cosy and a great base for our adventures throughout the area. 10000% would recommend. Mike you and your family are awesome. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic! The layout was well thought out, and the shared kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The variety of amenities like the gaming room and washroom with washing and drying machines added extra convenience. Plus, the highlight was definitely the professional pizza oven available for use during our stay! Beds were comfy, and the receptionists were incredibly helpful. The convenience of having parking just in front of the unit was a huge plus, making it easy to load and unload our belongings. It added to the overall ease and comfort of our stay.Would definitely book again.

Overall, our experience was fantastic, but there was one minor downside: the lack of proper kitchen knives. Despite this small inconvenience, our stay was still enjoyable, and we managed just fine. Hopefully, this can be improved for future guests. Nonetheless, I would still highly recommend this place for its many other great features and excellent service.

Very warm welcoming and friendly staff, great location, lots of facilities on site, we had a fun stay!

Budget room seemed smaller than the wideframe photos (which made it look much more spacious) and also had some upscale soft furnishings that weren't there. Felt a little disappointed upon arrival, however, the staff were SO lovely and the facilities for children were so much appreciated that it didn't matter in the end. Ideally some space to put a bag down or wardrobe for clothes would have been great but the room is a bit too cosy for that!

The room was cozy and warm and the bed was comfortable too. The shower / bathroom was really clean and it was a pleasure to have hot water with strong tap pressure.

The communal kitchen was however not clean to standard - stove tops were greasy and pots, pans, cutlery and plates had to be washed before use. Understandably, being a communal kitchen, this could be expected though a bit of Tasman policing may unfortunately need to be done to ensure complete cleanliness as visitors don't always seem to adhere to rules and regulations.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable with heater which was very nice during the cold and wet weather. The bathroom was small but very clean and neat especially with constant hot water for shower was a plus. The location is superb as is near the heart of the town and close to all eateries. We really enjoyed our stay at Tasman Holiday Parks @ Te Anua.

We had a camper van parked very close next to our apartment on the last night, when they close the van door was quite loud at time :-( but can't be helped.

The cleanliness of the cabins and seeing the cleaning staff sweep the floor in the dining room, the adequate supply of tea towels and the opportunity to hire free of charge the cooking packs. That was absolutely brilliant for us who were traveling in a hire car, so we had no supplies such as chopping knife and pots. The only negative is the small pot supplied is not big enough to cook a 500g packet of pasta for our family of 4. I had to boil the pasta in batches, this meant we couldn’t eat together.

The proximity to the shops, the lake and the tranquil hot tubs with views of the lake. I particularly loved the privacy of the hot tubs, it was really good!!

Very easy to check in. Parking outside our accommodation. Perfectly clean. Kitchenette. Comfortable king size bed. Heating. Ideally situated opposite the lake, close to shops and restaurants, as well as tourism offices for trips to Milford Sound, helicopter trips etc. A lovely little holiday town. We booked the hot tub, which looks out over the lake. Wonderful experience! We had a self catering unit, but the campers and campervanners were equally well catered for, with a huge kitchen area, bbq facilities (v clean), laundry. Plenty of green space and areas for kids to play.

Great location, close to town and right on the lake. Walking distance from all the stores. It was a nice clean property and had everything we needed. The team at the property were all so lovely and made sure we had an excellent stay. They provided great advice on what to do in the area. The sauna and spa, they were amazing to be able to spend some time relaxing looking out at the lake and mountains. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Te Anau.
