Just a couple things I couldn't unlock the door the electric frying pan was stuck on 10 the highest temperature and would switch off if we tried to turn it down and there is only shower in that shared block. I didnt even shower in it as it looked gross. I used the pool shower to rinse off.

As a family of 5 (13, 11 and 3) we enjoyed all the services this accomadation provided. The rooms were equipped with basic needs to cook our kai with, the pool was a big hit. We even used the gym regularly, the laundry room was easy to use and main kitchen was there if we needed anything extra. There we many public toilets and showers which were also easy to use. Waihi Beach as a whole was a good experience for us and we are looking forward to returning back! There was a really good vibe about it.

I couldn't fault much, there are a lot of children running around and riding bikes so it's super important that drivers coming into the facilities keep all eyes open!

The location is superb, just a short walking distance to the beach. The bed was comfortable, and the bunk bed was not squeaky. The cleanliness of the facilities was also noteworthy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the park.

The space between each unit is minimal, unlike another holiday park where there is more room and it is not as crowded. Navigating the area can be challenging, and extra care is needed during reversing or making turns, particularly if children on short bikes suddenly appear on the road. This is a cause for concern.

Great location just across the road from the beach. The apartment was modern and spacious. Kitchenette was very well equipped, bathroom with great shower, deck accessible from both rooms. Shared facilities such as spa, sauna, gum & pool were well maintained and clean and not too busy.

Would have loved a comfortable seating option such as a couch. The dining tables weren't that comfy to sit on in the evenings. Other than that it was near perfect.

Perfect getaway with my little family we came for our daughters birthday. Goodsize 2bedroom apartment. Came with everything we needed kitchenette goodsize fridge. Beds were comfy, shower pressure was great! Pool was perfect my kids loved every minute of being in there. We arrived end of school holidays so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was awesome we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly & awesome. We cantwait to come back again soon xx

First impressions, the reception area smelt amazing and our room was great! All amenities are close by, beach is walking distance - we enjoyed waking up to watch the sunrise. Super friendly staff! We upgraded from a cabin to room with bathroom. It was a last minute request but staff were very accommodating. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and spa I myself recommend feeding the eels 😊

Gaming room was a let down, but no biggy! Parking is quite tight but doable. Our stay here was incredible and these are only minor things.

The unit was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We arrived after reception closed and it was a seamless process. The heated pools were fantastic, our young children loved them and it was tailored to all levels. The hot pool was sooo good. Very clean and well-maintained property and communal area. We had the RWC playing on the mornings of the semis games so it was very accommodating. Made use of the pizza oven, and like the text updates sent to advise of things going on in the area and kids activities. The playgound and bouncy pillow were great for our kids. Close to beach and dairy.

Would have liked an oven in the unit, we had to go down to the communal area to use the oven from up top area. Not a biggie though. The units are close together, I was worried my noisy kids might wake neighbours, but they were incredibly well soundproof.

The room was great, the beds were good. Loved the daily update txts for activities happening around the park. Really enjoyed being able to sit on the deck when it was sunny. The kids didn't want to leave!

There were a lot of ants inside, so we needed to make sure to hide food from them and the television didn't have much available that was signed in. But very minor things and we'll definitely be back.

We came for a weekend without kids but can’t wait to come back with the kids. The park is awesome for families. The pool and play areas are fantastic. The location was perfect to be close to the beach. We will definitely be back as a family.

The only let down was the very large and loud family we had staying next to us. They had many young kids and music playing most of the night and again from 7:30am. That’s no fault of the facility though. If it was really bothering us at the time we would have made a complaint. I guess that’s the risk you take booking in a holiday park for a night away without kids.

Kitchenette, comfortable bed, table inside and outside, the swimming pool, the hot pool the eels in the stream, things we could use on a future stay such as pizza oven if the queue is not too long.

Weta in bathroom, but that was nobody's fault. It goes with the beach location. It was a bit hot in our room, even with the small fan. Kids were doing bombs and diving into pool, not so well supervised.
