This was our original room booking, we had to extend our stay as we needed to drop off the caravan earlier than originally planned. So we first stayed in the 1 bed apartment, which although slightly more expensive, was worth the extra because it had a full kitchen with fridge freezer. ( My husband has dietary restrictions so going to restaurants and convenience foods are something we can't do) This studio apartment was good, it's big - plenty of room, the sofa was comfy, the TV worked but wasn't a smart TV like in the 1 bed apartment. But there was a DVD player and you can get DVDs from reception apparently. There's also an air-conditioning unit and a wall heater, so even when it turned chilly we were comfy. The kitchen is a kitchenette type, typically I'd have been fine cooking for a holiday in this type of kitchen. It had just had a microwave (no hob) and a small fridge no freezer so our frozen veggies from the caravan were fine for the first 2 day's since the other had a proper freezer section, but in this room the little freezer shelf didn't keep them frozen ( thankfully we'd eaten a lot of the stuff or it's now in the fridge and will be used). There were milk pods in the fridge (but no oat one's like we had in the 1 bed apartment?) There's a table for eating at. And a little chair also. A Cafe set outside the patio door was nice to sit in the afternoon and relax in the sheltered sun. Our room was near the pool, which would have been handy if I'd remembered my togs 🫣. The bed was just as comfortable as the 1 bed apartment 👍😍 gosh I have enjoyed these bed's they were so comfy! And Massive 😁. The bathroom was a wet room type, which has a powerful water pressure ( I took advantage and enjoyed my long Hot showers as in a caravan you have quick ones 😉) the layout would be excellent for people with mobility or disabilities.

There wasn't anything really. I guess If there had been a little plug in induction cooktop so you could stir fry ( I've been in studios with them before) that would have made the kitchenette much more usable for ourselves with having to cook specific dietary needs. But for most people this wouldn't have been a problem. Also the carpark is quite tight if you have large vehicles (like us with a Ford Ranger) but we managed to get in just 😆 but it's secure so we just took our time to get in. It's not a negative... But we have a Big Ute to pull our big caravan 😉

We needed to find a hotel while our caravan was getting serviced and modified in the Mount, I was a bit hesitant after finding some rather low reviews, but our apartment was both spacious and had all the facilities from home, including a washer and dryer ☺️. The kitchen had the basics needed to cook a proper meal so we ate in. There was even a dishwasher in our room. Oh and 5 star's for the non dairy option for the milk (see photos) I brought my own soy milk as most hotel's do not cater to those who are intolerant, but it was nice to see this, and I used them. There was seating galore to choose from. We mainly used the largest sofa but I did sit and read on the 2 seater and enjoyed the sunshine coming through the window. The bed was so comfy 🤩 we both slept in. The bathroom had a hairdryer and makeup wipes were available too. The shower was hot and powerful. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful. And we're able to provide a trolley as we had a lot of stuff, as we had to extend our stay by 2 day's and the original room we booked wasn't available earlier. They personally knocked on our door and gave me the keys so we could change rooms and trolley our stuff over (great as we did 1 trip not the 4 we did to check in) now this level of customer service was so appreciated as my hubby has health issues and had a bad few days this week, and this kindness and flexibility was a god send. This hotel is probably from the 1980s so it's a bit dated but it was clean, tidy, great staff and Handy for the main beach and mountain. I will come stay again if we have to get our caravan serviced or repaired again and it takes more than a day.

This isn't really a didn't like it's more of an observation and head's up to other people who may have large vehicles. The underground parking and the parking spaces are a bit tight if you have a wide/long vehicle such as we do... Ford Ranger Wildtrak. We got in but it's a tight squeeze. So we basically just left it parked up and walked (better for our health tho 😆)

Great value for money. Close to the mount and cafes.

Fridge was dirty and freezer had something explode and was iced up with red ice so we couldn’t fit anything in it.

Lovely clean room which was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen facilities and a tidy clean bathroom. Great location, across the road from the Mt and just a few paces to the beach and a handful of coffee shops. Hot pools across the road as well. Family friendly, but also good if you need some time away for respite. Secure car parking. Check in and check out were super easy. I left something behind and messaged them and Shannon was quick to respond and so kind and helpful! She arranged to have the item couriered back to me - thanks again for a wonderful stay! :)

Location in the Marine parade was excellent. Room was large and had everything we needed. Bed was not super comfy but was good enough. out door heated pool and Spa was just great. So was the steam room once we found it.

Towels were threadbare and should be replaced. No house keeping except for the change of towels and emptying of bins during our 5 night stay. Would be great if the bed headboard is replaced with a more comfortable option. Please post instructions on the availability and the location of the gym/spa.

Fantastic location if you want to be near the mount which I did. 1 minute walk and you are on the beach. Coffee club next door and some other nice places to eat nearby. Shops and other bars maybe a 10 minute walk. Just awesome. The room was really spacious with a couch, chair and table and chairs as well as the bed and kitchenette. The pool looked nice and well maintained - saw some kids in it and they were having a great time!

The furniture was kind of cheap and uncomfortable but as you would expect for the price - standard motel type furniture but it was perfectly adequate, no holes or stains or anything. There were coffee ring marks and drips on the side table next to the bed when I arrived - easily wipeable so obviously hadn't been wiped since the last guest was in. Everything else seemed clean but made me a little nervous about their cleaning. OMG I almost forgot the parking - wow, glad I went when they were off season so it wasn't full - those spaces were tight! If there had been a car parked next to me I wouldn't have been able to get out of my car door.

I like the room I like the beds I like the kitchen so clean and tidy the shower and I like the swimming pool also I like was very nice and talking on our reflections

I don't like it was too noisy at night cause are very loud also when the very high wind there is a noise coming out by the window it's like someone drilling inside the building can't go to sleep very hard to sleep that's what I don't like otherwise everything is good

Great for families, perfect location, comfy bed, good facilities, amazing customer service. I was nervous after reading other reviews but it was great for us and not so flashy that I was scared to have my kids there. Paid the bond in cash and received it back instantly upon checkout

It was quite loud at night time with doors slamming and people walking upstairs. Taking the rubbish away with our luggage was difficult because my kids didn’t want to help carry it

Very Close to the beach

Lots of rules. Had a few empty bottles which at any other hotel we would leave for the housekeeper but with the rules & bond at risk we didn’t want to take any chances and had to take our own (small amount) rubbish down to the basement car park where the bins were situated. One sign said towels were available to use for the pool at reception and another said we may be charged if the towel was being used at the pools very confusing. Also we had a double & single bed in our room booked for 2 adults 1 child and there was a sign above the single bed saying we could be charged if the bed is used if we didn’t pay for it (we were unsure if the child 1 year old) could sleep on it so we didn’t use it at all incase we lost our bond. Very tidy facility great location and nice quiet neighbours

From check in everything was great. Loved the check in process underground parking and the pool area was great with easy access to all facilities. We were even offered towels to take over to the pools across the road.

Extra bed that was brought in for extra person had a old mattress and was uncomfortable.( according to my son) and took awhile to figure out where the Jet switch to the bath was.
