The Kitchen was not clean had wash plates and cups wipe benches it was dirty. The knives were not sharp they Quite Blunt, tried cutting the bread and meat they very blunt couldn’t cut it. We cooked pizza in oven one night and we notice when open oven it turns off if preheated oven then go food in there turns self off.

Outside were air-conditioning outside is rusty don’t know need keep eye on that looks like could fire hazard. Maybe some people may not mind but quite noticeable out side on deck .

First and foremost, customer service is important to me. If I've traveled from afar, I'd like to feel welcomed. Atlas customer service was very hospitable. Though reception was not opened when I was arriving, they contacted me to let me know how I could obtain my room key. Wonderful and pleasant phone manners. The location was perfect, and only two minutes walk to where I needed to be. Including close to beach and cafes. I liked how the apartments had internal enclosure and plenty of shelter. Great balcony area. Plenty of underground parking for one vehicle per room. Rooms had washing machine and dryer (my brother and his family booked another room, and for my brother, he was impressed that there was a washing machine and dryer). Kitchen equipped with conduction stove top, microwave, and full sized fridge freezer. Room had secure door lock and security cameras around the complex.

Everything was great.

Location 2-3 min stroll to waterfront cafe's and cbd. Underground secure parking but I could see vehicle from balcony. Lovely internal garden with boardwalk to the room. Has lift in building. Unit has dishwasher, washing machine, TV, microwave stove top and heaters. Good size bathroom with shower. Good pressure shower. Comfortable until.

Unfortunately the beds were hard with very little spring in them. They were they uncomfortable part of the stay which is a shame because everything else was great 👍

Everything was good , I feel very comfortable, if I will come back again I will definitely book this apartment again . I love each and everything

There was no bath shower in the bathroom and no brush and paste that the only thing, I know that was just the minor mistake and I didn’t called to reception for that Because I was having mine I can neglect that otherwise everything was excellent . And I will never ever rate this hotel down because I love all the things .

Location of the complex was excellent. Walking distance to beach both ocean and harbour, town centre,cafes restaurants etc The one bedroom appartment was very roomy and well furnished and as we had a corner unit had the choice of two decks. The whole complex was well presented with walkways and gardens all appartments were private from each other. The bed was comfortable a little soft for our total liking although the bed frame had seen better days.

While the appartment overall was clean and well presented it was well over due for a complete refurbishment...paint work, carpet and window treatments. A number of blown light bulbs also needed replacing.

Location, room size, staff lovely, parking facility

Room wasn't ready at 2pm as advertised and requested. There was no one there to check us in till 2pm so about 5 groups waiting and no where to park while waiting. Discovering the night before we left that the one small roll of toilet paper we had in the room when we arrived was the "only" roll of toilet paper for 3 adults staying 2 nights was a pain!

A very sunny apartment with a massive deck area as it was on the corner of the building and very quiet. Sky sport included - a real bonus. Great location - next to the mount, salt pools, beach, surfclub and entertainment area. Everything within walking distance. Excellent parking in secure parking basement. Two toilets and two shower as well as a bath.

The dusting in the unit could be better, i could right my name in the dust on the tv table and the fan above the shower in the onsuite needed a good clean. The bed just off the lounge - one side of the mattress - the springs had gone - luckly it was only me sleeping in the bed so it didn't affect me.

The location was amazing. Great parking and the staff was friendly

We arrived slightly before 2 and the door was locked. We used the phone on the wall which said to ring the cellphone number on the piece of paper to the left of the door, however there was no number. It would have been great to have a note that said when the receptionist was going to return. We left and came back a bit later and the desk was attended.

Central location, close to the mount and beaches. Walking distance to restaurants. Spacious, 2 bedrooms, great for families. Washer/dryer and kitchen amenities available. Good communication and I was able to get a late checkout which is always a bonus when traveling with kids. Rubbish bin was full but quickly rectified which was awesome

The apartment wasn't very clean, dusty surfaces and the dishes were put wet in the drawers. Poor lighting and door lock for Rm105 needs changing. It was really hard to get in and out of the room. The single beds made a lot of creaky sound.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants on main street, beach on both sides, the mount, cafes at base of the mount and hot pools. It was a spacious apartment, the bed was comfortable, generous size bathroom with full washing machine and dryer. good size kitchen with full fridge and freezer above. The TV had plenty of channels.

Teh couch could have been more comfortable, it was fine.
