The friendly extraordinary people in every position at the hotel

I love the decoracion, spacious space at reception and other areas. No matter the time, you feel welcome 24 hours. All they wanted is to serve you in the better way possible. I enjoy the fresh breakfast prepared just as you wanted. The staff collaborates with you with information and suggestions that make it easy to go out and enjoy your day safely and not in expensive ways.

Comfortable beds. Beautiful courtyard. Delicious breakfast. Felt car was safe with staff presence and security cameras. It was a little further from Airport, but met our needs!! My son worked via internet, while my daughter-in-law and I explored Artisan Market in Masaya. My son said he had a couple of moments when he lost internet connection for a minute or so. We would definitely stay here again!

I arrived at the hotel at 2:45 a.m. The front desk was manned and I was able to check in and get into my room in less than 10 minutes. That by itself is incredible and worth five stars. The next morning the staff was very helpful with breakfast suggestions and beverage suggestions and they help me get a taxi for my next destination. I only stayed one day but I planned to return in the future

I FALL IN LOVE WITH THE STAFF. THEY ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR ANY REQUEST OR QUESTION ABOUT PLACES, TRANSPORTATION, PRICES AND MANY OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS. THEY WERE FRIENDLY FANY AND JOYFUL

THEY DIDN'T PROVIDENO EXTRA PILLOWS, NIGHT TABLES OR LAMPS, OR HANGERS

Great area!! Cheap eats right around the corner., safe surroundings. Good breakfast! I go to managua twice a year and this is a great first for me. Will be back, 5 blocks from Los Ranchos, amazing meats!! Bella mi Managuita y el hotel Art esta divino. Gracias por su cortesia

Everything was good

Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was nice. The furniture in my room looked like beautiful antiques from the 19th century.

Nothing really. Hot water in shower was not great, but I’ve found that everywhere in Nicaragua. Not a big deal. Especially in the summer

Checked in at 3am, 24hr security which was really great for us. Lovely staff, hot showers and free breakfast.The building work was a little annoying for us as we wanted a lie in but everything else was perfect. Great for a stop over for the one night. Also was a pool that we didn't know about for those staying longer!

After a long bus journey it’s so nice to have comfy beds and AC. They have 24 hour check in which was handy cause we got in super late. Breakfast is yum

Some of the staff were unfriendly. The pool is empty at the moment.

Art hotel we stay at when ever on the mainland in Nicaragua. It's comfortable to relax and chill by the pool and friendly staff. Breakfast is always great. Highly recommend staying if you like a good steak as Los Ranchos Restaurant is also within walking distance from the hotel 😁

The only thing I didn't like is the payment method. As a suggestion, it would be great if you updated the payment system to avoid inconveniences when a relative who does not live in the country makes a reservation for a relative in Nicaragua who does not have a credit card available. And what if that person did not have the cash available? We love the Hotel but that part needs to improve a lot so that customers always arrive. Thank you.
