It’s more of a suggestion than anything else which will increase and improve the client’s experience 1- Add small kettle with some coffee and tea 2- mini bar would be great 3- a small vending machine or a fridge with some beverages and water for purchase at the front desk would easily sell because there is no shops around the hotel( you have to walk a bit )

The hotel doubles as a sort of exhibition venue in the main building where you have the reception and where the breakfast is served too. The reception staff is helpful and pretty cheerful. I stayed in the annexe building which had massive 2 storey apartments, however quite dated. The bed was large and comfortable but other than that I didn't use any of the facilities as I was there only for 1 night and spent it all in town.

Nothing I particularly disliked but if you are a person that doesn't like walking, you'd need to get an Indrive (Uber doesn't work in Managua) as it is a bit of a walk to the lake shore (Paseo Salvador Allende) or the city centre.

the most important reason to stay in this hotel is the staff. we stayed here two times, in the beginning and the end of our trip. we forgot our charger but the staff kept it until our next visit. we had to take a Ticabus at 5am and a breakfast to go was provided. also the helpful staff escorted us to the bus station to secure our safety. the ticabus terminal is only three streets further so in terms of location i would also recommend this. rooms are spacious and clean and there is air con, however not the most beautiful room ever but you get everything you need for a decent price.

The staff made all the difference. Bed was very comfortable, super clean room, breakfast included was superb! This property surpassed all my expectations ! I come to Managua regularly and hands down this hotel is the best value in Nicaragua. Its comfort and staff match and surpass those more expensive hotels. This is the only place I will stay at from now on, this is how impressed I am with the property and the staff

Loved their breakfast, the art paintings, the furnishing, the peace and quiet, but most of all their staff. They are the friendliest hotel staff I have ever met, but especially Sara, she always went out of her way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The pressure in the shower is not that strong and sometimes there was no hot water. The pillows were soft and comfortable but the bed mattress was a bit hard.

Beautiful facilties in a well hidden, safe area near to the main city attractions. The best thing about my stay was the staff - they all went above and beyond with every detail. So kind and friendly. I didn’t catch his name but the young gentleman who greeted me at the taxi and dropped me into the taxi again the next day was incredibly helpful. He even quizzed the driver to make sure he was legit, I loved it. Highly recommend this gem over staying in one of the big chain hotels nearby.

Very nice place. Fully recommend for the other travellers. Interiors look like in an art museum which is ineeded very nice. Staff very friendly and informative, great breakfast, also sheltered garage provided for my rented car.

The wifi sometimes was kind of "week and slow".. Also for international travellers using their laptops/phone - it would be nice to have a UNIVERSAL socket in the room, but electric kettle to prepare tea/coffee would be a dream..

No concierge after 11PM. You need to walk to another building and scream for help so they can come and open. It is ok not having two guards to save cost but hotels are for tourists, therefore get a WhatsApp number so tourist can call and inform they are in their way and the guard is waiting for us. We do not like to feel unsafe alone on the streets in Nicaragua screaming for help.

The hotel is like staying in an art gallery, painting, sculptures and antiques throughout. Our room was clean, well furnished with air conditioning and TV. The shower was good and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in both Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Sara, the receptionist was lovely, very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble.

There was a window in the room but there was no view, not a lot can be done about that.

love the art, Owner is painter. staff includes: Owner, wife, son, and daughters plus other family members. EVERYONE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY! THE BREAKFAST LEGITIMATELY IS DELICIOUS + REAL COFFEE + FRESH PRESSED assorted JUICES every day. NIGHE SECURITY GUARD AVAILABLE 24/7 for coming and going.

The owners have 2 Chihuahua’s that yap/ bark a lot. 1 of the dogs is aggressive and nipped at me as I walked bye. ALSO saw it chasing a crying child (that was so scared, the boy ran to me to get away from dog chasing him.)… HILARIOUS though was the young boy’s expression of confusion; when realizing that I was a STRANGER and NOT HIS FATHER… haha
