Breakfast was super good. Very good coffee, bread, salmon and meat, and home made jams. The location is great in case you also have an activity booked with Trolltunga Active. The meetings happen the day before your activity inside this hotel so that is very convenient. You can also walk over a bridge and along the lake. The views are stunning. You can walk from the hotel into town but it's a little hilly. We booked a triple room which was very spacious and this one had his own private bathroom which was super spacious as well. We booked a double room with sharing bathroom and that was a good option as well. In the morning, it was only a 20 min drive up to Parking A nearby Trolltunga Active store and starting point for the Overnight Trolltunga hike.

A tiny room, quiet and comfotable, with a magnificent view. Fabulous breakfast. Breakfast room also has a great view over the river. Breakfast served from 6am which is great for hikers. The lady on Reception was very nice.

The bathroom was tiny, and had no shower curtain, so the bathmat got soaked. Probably best to leave the bathmat outside the bathroom door. Squeezee provided to clear water from floor.

Comfortable, spacious room, with great view over the lake and rapids. Beautiful smelling hand soap in the bathroom. Really good breakfast. Nice staff on reception. This hotel also has a bar, and very nice outdoor areas for relaxing.

Minor issues with noise. The bathroom door, and the entry door to Room 225 need oiling. The squeaking was loud enough to wake someone up if the bathroom was used at night. While the view over the river was fabulous, the river was quite noisy, even with the windows closed.

made a last minute reservation, due to weather conditions. rooms and location were great. perfect view from our room. sufficient parking and wonderful restaurant in the hotel. breakfasts was excellent. would definitely come here again.

the WiFi was very slow, could have been much better considering the price of the hotel room.

This is an excellent location for the Trollunga hike. Amazing breakfast breakfast starts at 6:00 so if you are reserving a parking spot for the hike you'll want to make sure it's at least at 6:30 so that you can make the 25 minute drive there and still get breakfast. Are three kids stayed in a room with a bathroom that was extremely nice my husband and I stayed in a separate room that was just too small beds and no bathroom. All were very comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean

The price was higher than most places we stayed at in Norway but that could have just been the area

Nice location, beautiful room views. Comfy beds!! Very clean. Shower was great. We used the laundry after hiking which was convenient. Nice restaurant downstairs and great breakfast

The young lady working the front desk was so rude, don’t understand how she works in customer service.

The location for visiting Trolltunga was good. It was also the partner company of our Trolltunga tour company and briefings were held there the night before tours. There was a large carpark but even so it’s popularity means it was quite full. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was helpful with information about Trolltunga tours. The on site restaurant serve great food and breakfast.

Small thing but they didn’t provide a floor cloth to dry your feet and so the floor got very wet after a shower.

- Breakfast could be improved, it is good (boiled eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, fruit) but I felt that it was missing something

Comfy room, great breakfast

Not very close to start of the hike with no bus going at the right hours to get to which was not made clear, the walls were very thin and we could hear the persons phone next door and their snoring all night!

The hotel is located on the edge of town with great views of the fjord one one side and the town & another fjord on the other side. The room is comfortable and easy to access. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was convenient and we had a delicious evening meal. Breakfast (which was included) was great!
