The check in is contactless and has a big parking.The room was clean also the sheets and towels were freshly clean.There was a heater that you can adjust the temperature to your liking.

When you go to check in it is mandatory to pay a deposit of 2000NOK for damage that was not mentioned in the booking description and reservation. If you don't pay the deposit you can not check in your room that you paid previously. We paid and got the deposit back the same day that we checked out.

The apartments are provided with everything you need: a full kitchen, a refrigerator, a new and clean bathroom, good beds. Close to bus stop, shops and cafes.

This is a rather strange hotel, which at first makes an unfavorable impression. The apartments are scattered chaotically across several surrounding buildings, so it is very difficult to find them, especially at night - the apartment may be located on another street. Nobody will help you: the staff are only available by phone from the lobby and speak very mediocre English, which turns your check-in into a steeplechase. They do not provide any info beforehand, so you have to navgiate at place with no clue. There is a plan of the hotel in the lobby, but it is very user-unfriendly, you still have to guess about its existence.

İt was quite central. 10 minutes with taxi to the centre. Very comfortable beds. Good facilities. Easy check in with telephone but confusing for people who can't solve it because there's no one to ask to. Room and balcony amazing. I would definitely stay again if I go to Oslo. Nice neighbourhood. Overall satisfactory.

İf your luggage is heavy and you live in the top, it's quite a problem as there's no elevator. İn addition to that on top of the price you paid, they're charging from everyone 2000 krons deposit which is not mentioned anywhere in booking. Although I booked this hotel 3 months in advance, to see that the price was cheaper when we arrived was disappointing. Booking did not help at all about this price difference and I guess I'll not use this app in my future travels.

I liked that it was close to the city, there was a Joker nearby, the cleaning staff was very friendly, they didn't change my towels but I asked for a new pair and they gave them to me without any problem, you enter with a card and they returned the deposit as soon as I left the room, I slept very well, I didn't hear any noises or smells of food.

At check-in time, you have to call by phone and they give you instructions and activate the card to enter and they tell you which room. The fire alarm went off twice in 8 nights and I was very scared.

I liked that it had a fully functional kitchen with a sponge for cleaning the dishes. And a nice bathroom with a washing machine. Bedrooms were ok, I slept well. It was near grocery shops, and also near cheap and tasty restaurants. Short way to public transportation, short way to church.

In the bathroom when sitting on the toilet, then the toilet paper dispenser was a little bit too far behind, had to put my arm in a strange bendt angle to grab some paper. Other than that I am well satisfied for what I got for the low price.

- No physical reception, which is a bit disappointing - You have to pay a deposit before getting the key. I got my deposit back just the day after the check-out, so everything will be ok if you don't mess with the room :) Be careful and read all the rules of the hostel if you want your deposit back (basically it's just about removing the sheets from the bed and putting your garbages in the trash can otherwise they will take around 1000 Nok from your deposit).

The location is 2 mins from the metro and connections to central are quick and easy. Access to the hockey arena is very near. Met basic needs and was generally fine for the stay.

Constant fire alarms going off, I dealt my room had faulty electrics as the heating would stay on, and the fire alarm needed replacing. I would also say that while it met basic standards to live in as an apartment, things like washing up liquid, drying cloth for pots and washing powder for clothes would have been nice to have given the fact it's a self living apartment. There was no real info as to where you put rubbish once your bins were full. I did you my brain and assume the randomly placed bins down the entrance corridor were for rubbish and not for towels and face clothes. While i am being critical i did actually e joy the peace and the stay.

Area in room was a nice size for one or two and the bathroom was nice and large. Kitchen area was simple and easy with microwave, water, kettle, and small fridge. Between floor heating in the bathroom and wall heater the room was nice and cozy when it got cold. Plenty of space for clothes and even for hanging items.

Check in was a bit confusing, first to find the entrance. Once checked in my room was behind a door that had shared flooring so I initially had trouble finding my specific room. Aside from those two things no issues or concerns of anything major given the winter weather.

Cosy and simple. Easy access to metro and buses. Fridge for drinks and storage. Great shower. Extra heating if wanted.

No lights near bed. Bed was under eaves which meant hitting head when getting in and around the bed was a problem. The room had a lot of wasted space by the design which could have been used better say for a small table and desk area. No sockets near bed for charging phones and spare batteries. No extra towels (only two provided over 4 days) but this was actually ok for me solo traveling. The snow and ice and freezing and thawing meant the paths and car park were very icy and slippery and grit didn’t seem to get rid but hear they choose not to use salt any longer for ecological reasons.

Room was bigger than expected. Had washer in bathroom. Kitchen was very useful for cooking. We loved the big windows that opened onto a balcony. Also, the location was very quiet and safe with a bonus of a small shopping center with grocery, bakery etc near Toyen Metro Station. Many stores and close to rail to airport.

The instructions say that if you stay 3 days or more, there would be maid service. We did not have anyone change sheets or towels in the 8 days. Not sure why. There is only a telephone in the front lobby to check in and you make your own key. The process was a little awkward for people who haven’t dealt with that before.
