The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Checkin and Checkout is all done via text messages and numeric door codes. At first I was a bit nervous about this method ... but everything went smoothly.

We could not checkin before 16:00. I wish we could checkin earlier - say at 14:00 as in most hotels. The apartment building is nice but the location is dingy and feels a bit unsafe. It's a very multi-ethnic part of Oslo ... which is totally fine ... but for example right at the main entrance there were men drinking beer, sitting on the floor and looking rather drunk. I did not feel totally safe.

The apartment is was affordable, clean and the checkin process and speed of reply my the staff was excellent. So convenient that there were shared washing machines in the building too.

It had a few minor quirks such as a step from the bathroom and the curtain was an inch too short in our specific room. But those things weren’t a big deal. The dryers in the building didn’t really work but due to the central aircon the clothes dried quickly in our room.

The TV was smart with YouTube and Netflix. The shower was good pressure and warm water. The fridge was handy so I could store chocolate and milk. Bed was comfy. Customer service was quick and helpful. The blackout window blinds helped me sleep peacefully. I leave the hotel well rested and showered. I have traveled around the world and stayed in 5 star hotels also. This stay was perfect.

I would like them to provide shower gel and tea and coffee. I had to buy tea,sugar and milk then it would go to waste as I wouldn’t use it all. If those items were provided this would be a fantastic stay for the price.

The property was very good value for money, situated next to lots of restaurants a tube station and a short walk to nightclubs and bars. The single beds are small but super comfy.

There were hardly any lights in the property and the ones that did were very dull meaning all 4 of us had to bring chairs into the bathroom to do our make up. A sofa or somewhere to sit other than wooden chairs infront of the TV would also of been nice. Apartment was also booked for 4 but there was only 3 beds and 3 towels and was told they could bring a bed for us the next day, luckily my friend had family nearby but was able to stay there.

The rooms in the apartment are smaller in size, but sufficiently equipped. Online Check-IN is quick and efficient. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the main train station and the city center is within walking distance. Several restaurants and grocery stores located nearby. The price for apartment is quite favorable.

The area in which the hotel is located is not nice and there are strange individuals roaming around. We didn't feel very safe with our 2 small children. We also recommend to renovate common areas (entrance, corridors, elevators, etc.) as they look already worn out and dirty.

The rooms are basic but have all you need for a few days' stay. The check-in was easy, and there is a free, very secure, luggage room available if you arrive early or are leaving later than check out. This is available through a phone call system, so make sure you have free calls internationally. The place is close to the metro and bus station. There are great little cafes, restaurants, and bars close by, and a supermarket is located under the apartments.

The beds are narrow, so be careful if you are a wriggler.The room could do with something comfy to sit on. A dining table is great, but a sofa is needed when relaxing. The free wifi is patchy at best and didn't connect at all for our first day. There is no one physically at the apartments to speak to. Everything is through a phone system, and even then, it's all automated answers. An actual person to speak to would be great. Check out was odd. The door codes stopped working from 9am, despite check out being 11am, and the room service were banging doors from 9am to clean the room. The area is on the outskirts of the city, and the population echos this. If coming back late or travelling alone, it may not seem so safe, during the day we felt very safe walking around.

The aparthotel located not very far from Central Station. Self check- in and comfortable room with a big bad , table and kitchen. Tv and bathroom were on place. So it was ok to stay for 1 night.

I had a heavy bag, so in my case it was a liitle complicated to reach hotel from Central Station by foot via snow and ice on the streets. Google showed me strange rout via bridge and dark streets. In kitchen i had everything for making coffee but no coffee, it was sad. The worst part was in the morning. Fire alarm woke me up at 8 am, and all hotel went out while waiting for firefighters. It was falsh alarm, no fire. Good that this fire system works but the mood was a little spoiled after that situation.

If you need to get to the centre of Oslo takes the underground or the bus and you'll be there in few minutes . There's a lot of markets around . I highly recommend it. Thank You very much

I like how sound proof and light proof the room was! It felt secure too

The door lock kept making random beeping sounds throughout the day. This made me jumpy at night thinking someone is trying to unlock my room door. On another note the room was very dusty on arrival, and I couldn’t find the information booklet at first as it was left on top of the cupboard. No sofa was a big let down, for people who suffer with joint ailments a chair or a bean bag isn’t sufficient or practical especially when we want to watch a TV.
