I didn't try the breakfast but it was very affordable buffet. The location is near the airport but far from shopping and attractions. A car or a taxi is very necessary to move around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are of good size and well equipped.

Although the rooms are spacious and very well equipped for the price. However, they are definitely not soundproof and it was often noisy and impossible to get a good sleep. One night in particular my floor was very noisy with people moving around until 5:00 AM. I had to ask for another room next day and it was provided easily.

Hotel is very close to the airport , we stayed two nights and room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast, variety of items to choose.Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. they really took care of us. As a tip for next guest who need a ride it is good to install app. OTAXI ( similar to Uber) . We paid 7 OMR for Taxi from airport to the hotel but with this app it is only 2.2 OMR.

The staff were very nice and helpful especially the wonderful lady at the reception, i was struggling to find a taxi and she did her best to get me one. There are many parking lots around the hotel and the hotel is very easy to reach and it located near the airport. The room was clean, good sized and well equipped. It has a sign for Qibla and praying mat. The bed was comfortable and sheets was clean and smell nice. The toilet was well equipped and good size. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The AC is blowing directly on the bed.

The location of the hotel is very functional and close to the airport. Prices were very reasonable. Friendly and welcoming staff during all our stays here, Mr. Atif and Mr. Ghassan were very helpful and responsive to all our requests, they made our stays much more comfortable. Rooms were always clean and well-maintained with Smart TVs installed, nice highway view and the beds were cozy. Room service response was fast and food quality was decent.

Shower runs out of hot water very fast and Wadi Dogs can be annoying at night.

Welcoming staff. Quiet place. Reasonable price at the time of booking. Spacious room and toilet.. Near airport. Availability of free parking. The view from the room Note: hotel might be a bit distant from shopping outlets and require a minimum of 5 minutes driving to reach a variety of shops. However, there is a nearby gasoline station with a small food shop, reachable at walking distance.

Suggestions for improvement: - to clean windows from outside regularly. - place a toilet mat at the toilet's door for wet feet as the room's ground may be slippery. Or instead supply rooms with non-slippery toliet rubber sandals. - place a window net to allow opening windows and keep any outside flies from entering the room. Those things would improve customers satisfaction. Nonetheless they are not must.

Able to walk to small restaurant near petrol station. A grocery store nearby but just dirt tracks and no lighting if walking at night.

The place is close to the airport which was convenient because we arrived in the night. It's in a place full of new constructions, so there's nothing to do around. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. Good value for money.

The chairs in the restaurant make an unpleasant sound when you move them. It would be a good idea to glue some pieces of felt under the legs of the chairs. You can't really keep the windows opened in the bedroom because it makes a weird hawling sound.

The hotel is no less than GREAT! I truely loved it!

There's something to point out... it's the details that makes the difference... I ran out of water & called the reception to order an extra bottle of water at night but was told chargeable $$$.. Had to make a complaint the day after to the person in charge who met my needs + offered a complimentary breakfast + promised to spread the word to the hotel receptionists for their reference. However... Ended up ordering water the night after but was refused the way it happened before which clearly indicated I was fooled not to give a bad review & the notice was not properly convened. - Rule of Thumb - Regardless of the policy: (Upsetting a guest for a bottle of water doesn't sound right in the hospitality industry!)

The noice coming from the AC but it's not a big deal, we are so much tired from the travel and since we they have comfortable bed we didn't mind at all.. They apologized, as they're not aware of it but they gave their words to check on it.. The dining staff must show positive vibes (greet with a smile) same as the frontliners

Location is close to the Convention Centre. And a few minutes away from the airport with trips costing 1 and 3-4riyals consecutively . A bit of construction around but supermarkets and few restaurants around the area if you get bored of hotel food. Staff were really pleasant. Had a smile constantly regardless of inconvenience.
