- the room was big and comfortable with plenty of useful space - amazing mattresses (we slept like babies) - water for the guests - hairdryer and plenty of toiletries - everything was clean - warm water and nice water pressure - plenty of towels - friendly staff at the bar (Mojito was really good) - fast check in

- the noise (the walls are really thin so you can hear your neighbors having fun sometimes) - the breakfast was a HUGE disappointment (there was a standard menu but really limited - 2-3 options and not all of those available); we were 7 people in the breakfast area and they put just 3 slices of pineapple, 2 bananas and we had to ask for some more fruits because they doesn’t seem to care - no bread for the breakfast; breakfast basic and tasteless - AVOID drinking pina colada at the bar (80% ice + cow milk and a small amount of alcohol)

It was a very nice hotel, conveniently located so that the town center could be reached by an easy walk. Breakfast was very good. On days with fewer guests, there was no buffet breakfast. Instead we could choose between several very nice options à la carte, which we actually prefered.

On days with a buffet for breakfast, you were served, which was rather annoying. I prefer to look at the food and take the quantity that I like, especially smaller quantities of foods that I do not know and may not like. As we don't speak Spanish and the staff speaks little English, communicating how much of which food we want was difficult.

The location and attention given by the staff.

Lots of bugs at night getting into the room. Also, a small fridge would have been nice.

Nice hotel. Good location and relaxing. Overall a good value and comfortable.

Needs an elevator so expect to lug your suitcases if you are upstairs. Bring water as the tap water isn't always good and they only give you a half bottle per person on arrival for free. Then it's $2.50 a bottle which was surprising. The only issue we had was the shower temperature kept changing and you need to keep adjusting the knobs.

Th location is just gorgeous. The rooms are lovely and so clean! The housekeeping staff takes tremendous care to make everything just perfect. We enjoyed the cozy breakfasts and a delicious dinner or two. The beds and pillows were wonderful.

Easy and fast check in, staff already found information on booking. Area is quiet, close enough to dowton but away to avoid noise. Tv have plenty channels available.

The only thing is the key of the room, it has a huge piece of wood attached. I think is to avoid people taking it when doing activities in Boquete.

I liked the location which was very walkable to everything yet out of the noise . I also liked several staff who went out of their way to be helpful.

I didnt love the food. The breakfast was just ok and the restaurant food I had for dinner one night was mediocre.

Breakfast was excellent

I should have received a discount through the Panamanian program for seniors. I feel I was cheated out of this. When asked for it they showed me a laminated card that said that the regular room rate was over $200 and that I don't get a discount on a reduced rate. However that was just a scam, no one pays over $200 a night. I asked via email on what the current rate was and the response was $99. I felt cheated out of the discount and I will never stay there again.

The hotel staff was very friendly!

Perhaps because of the political situation at that moment, and therefore lack of guests, the breakfast was unfortunately very little. On the last morning, they solved this by taking orders, but you didn't get a menu, so it was difficult to note all the possibilities.

Nice and straightforward hotel which was clean and tidy and well staffed with helpful people. We were able to print some last minute documents and also borrow an umbrella a few times!

The bathroom didn't have an extraction fan, but instead had a little window near the ceiling leading out to the hall which was strange, and also not very good at all at letting out the damp air. But it was blacked out.
