Extremely helpful, helped me to check in early (as arrived from overnight bus) and let me purchase a breakfast. Has a beautiful terrace with couches, plants , a toilet and free tea and coffee. Well-set up rooms, with nice furniture. Was just missing a chair for the fold down table but got me one when I requested it. Free tea and coffee on every second floor. Great buffet breakfast and the manager even arranged for us to have breakfast earlier than normal because we were going on a tour. Also let me store my luggage there for free for two days, even though I was not staying with them when I returned.
The room had a window but it looked out into the laundry area. The internet was not working for a morning but they eventually got the problem sorted out. It was a little far from the main plaza etc, over the train tracks.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, only a couple blocks away from the main square but since it is located uphill, take into consideration that you'll have to climb a bit. The stuff is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and had no problem preparing us breakfast to go for the morning even though we asked for it very late. Also, the rooftop view is lovely and very romantic. Beds are comfortable and there are extra blankets available in the room. Breakfast is also nice, the plates are filled all the time.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator, which (together with the elevation) makes living on a top floor a bit challenging, especially when you have to climb several times per day. Also, the walls are kind of thin, making the halls noisy.

Cozy is a great word to describe the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage if you have an extended stay. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, they even packed a to-go breakfast for us for an early morning day trip. We loved the rooftop and spent a lot of time there relaxing as we were adjusting to the altitude. Great affordable option on your next trip to Cusco.
The walk to the centre is a bit crazy and unpleasant as you have to walk through the bustling street markets and butcher stalls. Of course, can't be helped by the hotel but something to keep in mind. We always felt safe, however, even at night.

My partner and I liked Cozy room Cusco! The location was more in the local part of town, which is what we prefer when we travel. There were many awesome restaurants in the area serving cheap, local cuisine. We were very close to Santiago square which was convenient for food and shopping options. The rooftop of the hotel was great, with cooking facilities and outstanding views of the city. The hotel safely stored our bags for us when we went on the trek to Machu Picchu. Wifi was great in the entire building.
We stayed at Cozy room on 2 separate occasions (before and after our Inca Trek) and we realized there are better rooms than others. Our room the second stay was significantly better than our room on the first stay. It was quieter, bigger, more comfortable, and brighter. So, I'd recommend looking into which room you book here. The cooking facilities on the rooftop could use more bowls and cutlery.

Absolutely love it here, so much I decided to come back after my hike to Machu Picchu and I had such a warm welcome back even though I knocked on the door around midnight & they didn’t even know I was coming 😅 They have been SO helpful today as I literally can’t walk but I have had to go out and about. They have gone above and beyond to look after me & I am so grateful. Love the location, so close to everything. The Sun terrace is beautiful during the day & even better at night, the lights of the city are beautiful. The rooms are SO cozy! “Cozy Rooms” is such a fitting name :) Super hot showers which is amazing after such hit and miss showers during my hike. And the breakfast is amazing. Great variety, fresh fruits, pancakes, bread, cereals. Coffee, tea etc… all free and available anytime. Staff are all lovely and helpful :)
I have had cold water from the hot flask a couple of times… instead I just used the kettle in the kitchen on the terrace. No problem at all!

The breakfast was amazing. A great selection and quantity and everything was very flavourful. The ladies who work in the kitchen, as well as the remainder of the staff, are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is also a nice touch, with beautiful views out over Cusco, although it does get a little hot up there during the day. I also loved that there was free tea and coffee available at all times...a very thoughtful touch.
We stayed on two separate occasions. The first time, the room was filled with 3 beds, giving very little room, and the pillows were so hard that we slept poorly. On the second stay however, the double bed was the only one in the room (as we had hoped), if was very confortable and the pillows were perfect.

The hostel was close to the main square (10-15 minute walk), walking distance to Peru Rail (if you are traveling by train to Macchu Picchu), hot water (shower), very secure, clean kitchen, great view from the terrace, staff was extremely helpful with my questions and booked my tours and bus to Puno for a reasonable price. They have all kinds of Tours available. Breakfast was simple. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying in Cusco.

We‘ve booked a room at cozy room twice and loved to hang out at the rooftop terrace. most of the times we were alone up there what was perfect for phonecalls with our families. The first time we booked a double room, the second time a superior queen room: we enjoyed to have a little more space in the pricier one.
there are rooms without any daylight (window to the patio/ stairs) which are also noisy at nighttime when people come back or leave early.

The room was great: 2 comfortable warm beds and a private bathroom for a great price. Very quiet street. Wardrobe is spacious and the WiFi is great. Breakfast is included and it's really good variety and quality, you can also ask for your favourite eggs. Personal is very helpful and friendly.
There's a window in the bathroom that many places in Cusco and surrounding have and it's an open window so when it's cold outside your bathroom will get cold very quickly.

We loved the property for so many reasons. Really good value for the price point, good breakfast, beautiful upstairs terrace, really appreciate the coco tea they provide for folks trying to acclimatize.
The bed was a bit small for two people and the pillows were huge and hard, hard to get really comfy and get a really good rest when all you want to do is sleep. It was a bit loud at this property also, our room was on the first floor facing the street, and all we could hear was cars honking and dogs barking, but honestly that’s to be expected. We can sleep through anything but might be tough for someone who is a light sleeper. Also, there was a huge spider in our room one night. I don’t love spiders too much so I was a bit freaked out! But it’s Peru. Not the hotels fault!
