This is a really nice hotel. Top notch facility, welcoming reception area and very helpful staff. The place looks great! The rooms are well appointed, high end surfaces, comfy beds & lots of pillows. The best part is the breakfast that consists of a huge variety of freshly made hot & cold dishes, and fresh breads, fruits, & veggies. We stayed there for 5 days and the menu had some changes every day and the food was amazing. The location is close to the Qoricancha and to the main square. Walkable to anything you want to get to in the main part of Cusco. We'd stay here again and hopefully will soon!

Good location for visiting the city. Best breakfast I had on my trip to South America.

Had a problem with the laundry service. Took a long time and I was worried that I wouldn't get my clothes before I left. Last time I stayed on a inside room. This time I had a street room so it was a little noisier.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great. We were really very happy with our stay. I think it was a bargain for the price. It was a really nice stay in a good location. And, an added bonus: the market across the street had the best prices for handicrafts and souvenirs.

It was sometimes easy to hear through the walls into the room next door or in the hallway. Although, that might have been more a consequence of my altitude-induced insomnia.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Very comfortbale bed as well. Western standard. Room service was great. Food was delicious. We could arrange late check-out last minute (80 US$). Breakfast was the best we had in south america (buffet).

The price ist quite high for south america. Also staff at the restaurant did mit speak english (when ordering room service).

Stayed here for 5 nights while on a motorcycle adventure through South America. The facilities were clean and the rooms very comfortable, with great beds, linens and pillows. They also have a secured garage for motorcycle storage. The staff was always smiling and happy to help, The breakfasts were good and the on-site restaurant served good food as well.

We were staying at a different hotel and after two nights of bad sleep due to the street noise and we found this hotel last minute. The staff was beyond accomodating after we told them what happen at the previous hotel. The hotel staff was great all around. The breakfast was good and the restaurant service was top notch.

Staff was excellent, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, views were incredible. Complimentary breakfast and morning/afternoon coca tea was an incredible touch. Close walk to the square, markets and super markets. Hotel has beautiful courtyard with store to shop in. Hotel allows late checkout with 24-hour notice. Great price for such great quality hotel. Highly recommend!

Do recommend going to eat early at hotel restaurant if on a time schedule. Allow everyone/everything to be leisurely with time. Be positive which Hotel Jose Antonio you are booking with since there are a few, but I believe people in my party had an easy transition when they ended up booked at the wrong one. Overall excellent experience!

The place is very spacious and everybody is friendly. I really like all the options on the buffet and as well how close is from the train station.

They give me the room near elevator and was a bit noisy, but after a full day of tours and walking around was manageable!

Staff were very friendly and always willing to help 5 stars to Monica at the counter and Bryan at the restaurant. Breakfast have variety and taste good, we have lunch at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Super clean and decorated beautifully Overall the experience was above our expectations. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

The fact that there was a construction outside the hotel it was the only negative thing but I understand it’s something that it’s not on their hands.

Loved the breakfast buffet in the morning, incredible touch on complementary coca tea every morning/afternoon in the lobby, easy 15-20 minute walk to the city center, incredibly kind and accommodating staff. Allow for late check out with 24-hour notice.

Water is 10 soles, where five minutes down the street in a shop you can pay 2 soles. When in a rush, give yourself extra time! The country of Peru moves at a leisurely pace. But even in a rush, the hotel is helpful.
