The hotel is very well located to Cusco centre, anything you need it is on your doorstep. I needed some medicines and there was an abundance of pharmacies, general stores available a few yards away. The centre is close by about 5 minute walk, all the trips that I booked either picked us up from our hotel or the centre. Close to the aiport, approx 18 mins drive in heavy traffic, we had an evening flight and our drive was 9 minutes. Good clean hotel and good breakfast options. Staff are polite and friendly always happy to help. I needed to get some laundry done, and it was next day service real quick.

Best overall hotel experience ever. The staff has been wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Totally service oriented at the front desk (Brian and Ruth should be commended, as well as others who I didn’t get their names, sorry). Gladys in the restaurant is an enormous asset to that team and should be the gold standard in that realm. We felt pampered for the 6 nights we stayed. Location — amazing. Not in the hustle and bustle at the main square for example, but just minutes walk to all that you want to see. Rooms were quiet, nicely presented. Breakfast was varied, delicious, with something for everyone. Each day a different Peruvian dish! The lounge with couches and lovely music— we used this daily when sipping coca and muña tea. In the evening sometimes a lovely Quechua woman ( Ruth) sold items and her daughter Adriana is cute as a button. Highly recommended. And in fact we stayed another night after visiting the great city of Machu Picchu. Bravo to the LP!

Location, cleanliness, restaurant and staff

We had two night stays twice at this hotel during our trip. The first two nights we had a nice ample room 210 with closet and window. Our second room 206 was an inside room, smaller, no closet and unfortunately the window opened to their small indoor patio and you could hear all the people talking at any time. So we had to close the window which makes it hotter. It is a great hotel just make sure you ask for bigger rooms out of the inner patio.

1. Good location - it’s opposite the Inca Rail bus drop-off point (crucial for me because I knew I would be exhausted when I arrive in Cusco) and close to Qorikancha 2. Rooms facing the courtyard may have food smell wafting into an open window but it is quiet 3. Elevators - crucial for post-Huayna Picchu muscle soreness (other hotels have stairs) 4. Fan is provided in the room 5. Water dispenser at the lobby

1. No outdoor-facing window, which made indoor room temperature warmer

The location was PERFECT for me. I decided to make a solo trip to MachuPicchu and the hotel was right across the street of the IncaRail office, so it was nice to just cross the road and jump into my adventure. Hotel staff was soo nice. After I came back from my MachuPicchu trip at 11pm, I requested a late checkout so I could have a bit of sleep and the staff was so nice and flexible. They provided me a late checkout until noon with no extra cost. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms, and nicely decorated grounds. It's right at the heart of Cusco town, so you would be close to the restaurants and shops.

My room was looking towards the main street so it was a bit noisy. But that's beyond their control.

Hotel provides lift access, breakfast and hot drinks in its lovely terrace. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good water pressure in shower and hot water was readily available. Front desk was quick to help with our request for a room change as there was diesel fumes from the road. Great service from staff who promptly discovered that I left my phone charger in the room and had sent it to me just before I boarded tour bus.

Handy location for me because I was leaving by train early - it's 10 minutes walk to the station. Nice comfortable room, good value. They have a free water dispenser to fill water bottles and free tea which was nice.

My room was pretty warm, and since the window opened into the internal space it was hard to cool it down. I ate at the restaurant one night as I was leaving early the next day - it was ok, but nothing special, I would recommend eating in one of the excellent restaurants in Cusco instead.

Really lovely room and very friendly staff. They constantly have coca available (do drink it!). The breakfasts were nice and seemed to change a bit over the next days. They were kind enough to let us store our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu with a tiny bag for 2 days. The location- close enough to the city center and across the street from the Inca Rail location. Pillows and bed were so comfy

The staff at the front desk were fabulous! They reserved a hotel and gave me a new key card, but one (Brian) even went out of his way to contact a friend to find out about the availability of a tourist site on a holiday for me! He was also very friendly while I was waiting for my tour guide, discussing Inca history and the food of Cusco. Friendly, kind, and helpful front desk staff made this an extra special stay. Also, my room was very clean and comfortable every day--good work by the housekeeping staff too!

The bathroom door closes on its own, which is annoying. The room was warm, and when I opened the window to cool it off, the courtyard was loud.

We were greeted with tea by the hotel staff. We were quickly shown to our rooms and our luggage was placed there for us. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel had a simple breakfast available for us when we left it at 4 AM to go hiking and they had a full breakfast buffet for regular breakfast hours. The staff is definitely the best part. Everybody is extremely polite and welcoming. They accommodated our requests, like holding our luggage for five days while we were out hiking and then again in the last day after checkout but before our flight. I would recommend 10/10! I look forward to coming back and staying here.

The only think I didn’t like is that it was hard to get in and out the car in front of the hotel because it’s a busy street.
