Excellent location in Miraflores, right by the beach and the Larcomar shopping are with lots of places to eat and shop. Excellent knowledgeable and kind staff, Eber was very kind explaining all the details and giving us useful pointers, helping us with our car reservation that was unfortunately cancelled at the last minute. Very good quality breakfast and worth the price and service with excellent staff.

Everything was great. Does not have a pool but we were ok with this.

The upgrade oceanfront room is a must for the view over the cliff. Location adjacent to mall with lots of shopping and good restaurants. Value is great compared to nearby properties, the rooftop garden restaurant had great food and service and great view at sunset. Water pressure was great in the shower.

Loved this location directly across from the ocean. There was a mall across the road with many options for dining. Quiet, comfortable room, nice bedding, great towels. I appreciated the extras like bottled water in the fridge and the selection of coffee and tea. The rainhead shower is fabulous!

The location was convenient. The room was spacious - not pokey. Staff were friendly.

Miscommunication with reception staff regarding a dining room. We were advised there wasn't one but that there was room service, so we went elsewhere looking for dinner when we could have much more conveniently eaten at the hotel.

Great location with infinity view, there is a shopping mall a minute away

There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room, we had to call the reception and ask. But they brought everything we needed very fast. It is just a bit annoying that we had to ask for it.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and it was excellent again. The staff and the facilites are amazing. I don't want to stay anywhere else.

The only thing that I did not like was that the toilet does not offer much privacy. The glass walls may no be seen through but still people outside can see what you are doing.

Great location. Nice view of ocean but during this time of year the view is often obscured by the fog. The room was comfortable and clean. They had what appeared to be a nice buffet but I didn't use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good internet.

The hotel room was a bit too modern and sterile for my tastes. The bathroom mirror lighting was horrible (a single overhead spot light like a flashlight held vertical over your head). The TV did not have SAP so many of the normal English speaking channels were only available in Spanish and the guide only showed the numbers for the channels and not the programming. This hotel was much more expensive than other comparable hotels in the area although in a slightly better location. Actually mixed up the reservation as I thought I was booking the neighboring JW Marriott (which is why I paid more) when in actuality it this was the AC Marriott.

I’m a picky breakfast eater: pastries could be a lot fresher/tastier, would be nice with some fresh yogurt options, Nutella looked very old and eggs were not cooked right. Still a good breakfast, with great service from the staff, so should not stop you from booking this place. I was just a bit disappointed after reading some amazing reviews about it :)

I didn't like the way the bathroom didn't have a door. The shower door/ toilet door were glass. There was zero privacy!! I would not stay again b/c of this set up. It is fine if you are traveling along or with a significant other but I was traveling with my young adult kids.

Great location in the center of Milaflores, right by Larcomar shopping center, good restaurants around, My room had an amazing view of the ocean, absolutely loved it. Insumo restaurant on the rooftop on the hotel is amazing
