The bed was double size bed for per person and very comfortable. The owner gave us good information about ATM and restaurants. Also, she let me borrow a hair dryer.

The shower was hot and had volume, but I had to let the owner know we wanted to take a shower. They cut off gas. Our room was on the 4th floor even though we could hear the noise clearly from the streets and the other rooms.

Good breakfast. The wifi is good in the room. Hot shower. There was always someone at the reception and the nice hosts provide me with detailed information. They also provide hair dryer. There are stores, restaurants and food stalls nearby. The hosts are very nice that they let me stay in the lobby for some time to wait for my train after I went down from Machu Picchu and I had already checked out.

My room is located on the top floor but the noise from the square in the street still bothered a little even if the window was closed. The street did not get quiet before 12am.

Everything you need - comfy bed and pillow, lovely, friendly owner, able to open window, room was large and warm at night, shower was hot. Everything is walkable - close to train and bus stations. Great laundry service next door too.

Google maps address is a bit confusing. It would be helpful to have a map sent showing where you are without going through the market. **For easy reference - it’s directly opposite the library - Biblioteca Pedro Quijada Berrocal (downstairs)

It was a great location and Patricia and her husband are very unique and helpful couple they answer every single question we had with cheerfulness even after we checked out, they held our luggage and I even came back to charge my phone, and Patricia was very pleasant and I strongly recommend the place, especially if you’re traveling with children. They are very welcome and not to mention Patricias husband getting up very early to make us breakfast before we left for Macha Picchu I think them for their kindness. They are very great.

The best thing about this property is the hostess. She is so helpful. We also liked how clean everything was, and the room had a very good bed and pillows. Everything is very simple but clean and neat. The breakfast is simple too, just an egg, juice, coffee and rolls but it’s all we needed. Thank you Patrica, we appreciated our stay with you very much.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were simple but very nice and with good beds. The staff was super useful to give us advice to get the bus early on to MP. The breakfast was simple but good. Last but not least, we made a mistake in the booking date and they allowed us to change it for free.

The pillow was very thin and it was very noisy most of the time. Also the bathroom window never fully closed and there were no nets so some bugs got in which was uncomfortable.

Conveniently located near the train station and at walking distance from buses departing to Machu Picchu. Also far enough from the noisy center where all pubs are. Good breakfast which is provided early enough for early visits to Machu Picchu. Shower had hot water and the room was spacious enough.

WiFi is too slow and flaky. Definitely not reliable. Also there is no central heating. The place can get quite cold at night for reading or the like. Blankets are provided so no problem for sleeping.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

We Booked a double room and we got a room with 3 beds and the TV was on top of the full bed. Not very convenient for us. At the time that we asked why the 3 beds, the front desk lady told us, would you like me to cancel it? It was 10pm, where else could we go at that time? We decided to stay but it would be nice that hotels give you exactly the room that you booked.

Aguas Calientes is a very noisy town (especially on a Saturday night!) which made it difficult to sleep. Not the fault of the property as I feel like this will apply to many properties in the area
