We got a room on the top floor with balcony! Great views of the Puno Cathedral and the Lake. Size of the room and the facilities were very good. Just perfect! Communication with the staff was excellent - helpful and professional. They obliged when we requested to get the same room when we came back after 2 days. Location is great - near the main square and good restaurants nearby. It was a perfect stay to have a good rest after some hectic days coming from the jungle!

The location was great. Right across from the central cathedral and nearby pedestrian only streets. Peru hop will pick you up here It was too cold to go out on the small balcony. Adequate breakfast buffet. Allowed us to store baggage for the day before our late nit departure, and we felt comfortable occupying the Lounge for a couple of hours after dark and before our departure

Like many South american hotels, it was a bit tired looking and chilly.

We came back for the second time after our Lake Titicaca 2day tour. The staff obliged when we requested to get the same room the first time we came. We got a room on the top floor with balcony! Excellent location in the heart of Puno right on the main square, easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants. 20 mins walk to port. Rooms were very impressive along with the views from balcony. Staff efficient & friendly. Free bag storage right through till 10pm when we caught our night bus to Cusco. Excellent breakfast and good coffee.

Only issue we had was there was limited hot water in our room on the top floor. Reported to reception and hopefully now fixed for the next customer staying in our room.

I had a wonderful stay at Conde de Lemos. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I had a lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent - a buffet with eggs, cheese, bread, fruit etc. All the staff were so kind and helpful. It was great to be able to store my luggage free of charge when I went on a 2 day tour. I also used the laundry service which was great. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Great location. Good price. Great view if you get a high floor in the front. Fantastic huge balcony if you get the top floor. Breakfast not great but ok for no extra charge. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable bed.

Rooms have heating, but the electric radiator in my room had difficulty keeping up with below zero temperature outside overnight. Still it wasn’t really cold. Just not as warm as I’d have preferred early morning.

Friendly helpful staff, hot shower, comfortable bed, good wifi. Pleasant lounge area with free tea/coffee. Great view from my window of the Catedral de Puno. Breakfast choice was excellent with even cerial on offer.

Although there was a bath in my bathroom, there was no plug and I couldn't switch it from shower setting to bath setting. No a major issue.

The location was great. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of Puno and the cathedral.

I hesitate to complain about something that’s probably fairly standard in Peru, but we were in Puno on a windy rainy night and the single pane windows did not really cut it! We cranked the heat but the wind literally whistled in.

excellent location and easy to get picked up and dropped off. Staff were amazing! Breakfast was good. the room was very spacious and warm.

The bed! it felt like a waterbed. although the location was central, it was noisy. The school next door was quite loud in the early morning.

A lovely hotel right over the main square. The bedroom and bathrooms are huge and well decorated. The shower over a corner bath was lovely and powerful and hot. The breakfast was lovely.

Nothing really but if I have to nit pick the bath is a bit high for climbing into but they do have good had rails to help.
