I was only meant to be here for one night, but I fell ill during my stay. The staff were SO kind and helpful, and fixed it so I could stay another night in the same room. They made me tea, and helped me to find the nearest pharmacy for medication. The hotel is only a very short walk from a pretty church in a pleasant square, and there are lots of amenities close by - from restaurants, to souvenir shops, to currency exchanges, and a short walk downhill to the bus terminal. Would stay here again.

We stayed just one night in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She offered us a lot of useful information and even helped us carry our heavy luggage upstairs to the room. The hotel is located in the center of Puno, just a block away from the Plaza de Armas, restaurantes, banks and shops. The front desk has a mini hair dryer that we could borrow. There's self-service free tea and coffee in the lobby 24 hours. We had to leave early to catch a bus and the hotel served us hot breakfast in the room and helped us call a taxi as well. The hotel is 100% recommended.

Everything was good. We had nothing to complain about our stay at the hotel.

We couldn't speak more highly of our hostess who helped us so much throughout our stay. We got stuck in Puno due to the political situation and our hostess went above and beyond. To keep us safe, to ensure we had everything we needed when shops and restaurants were closed, to help us organise a method of transfer to be able to leave to Bolivia. Nothing was too much for her, she took initiative so many times to help us and everything with a smile. We are so grateful for all her help. Also, the best wifi connection AND the best shower (hot + decent pressure) we've had anywhere in Peru and Bolivia.

Breakfast is quite poor and not worth waking up for The use of bleach to wash laundry (bed sheets and towel) is nice for disinfecting but it is also a health hazard

Welcoming stuff, always smiling and helpful. Property clean, hot water, free tea. My room was spacious and there was a private bathroom inside. Breakfast delivered to the room. I really enjoyed my stay in Puno.

It was a bit cold in the evenings but it is what it is: hot, sunny days and cold nights. Sometimes problem with the internet.

Great location, fulfilling breakfast, was able to rent a heater, hot shower, daily room cleaning , warm bed, bright room with big windows, and very helpful staff.

Wifi is slow for someone like me who's traveling and working at the same time. But if you're someone who needs wifi just for entertainment, then I would give this hostel a 9.

The staff is amazing, really friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean, a decent breakfast was delivered to the room, great location.

It was a little cold when we were there, but you get a bunch of blankets, and heating is available for rent.

The owners are so lovely and friendly we immediately felt so welcomed. There is free tea available at a little table in reception. Room was comfy and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, brought to the room (at 6am for us as we had a 7am bus) location is good.

Good little hotel, we used laundry service (good price - 11soles) breakfast was decent and included fruit, tea and eggs delivered to room.

Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable and it got a little cold but there may have been an option to request a heater. Overall it was a decent place for a short stay.

They arranged breakfast in our room before the scheduled one, because we had to leave early for the tour. They had a hairdryer and coca tea always available. We could leave our luggage in the hostel until we returned from the tour. Good service for the price we paid.
