Excellent location. So close to all the restaurants. Scooter rental was a good price. 2 double beds in one room which was great. Hot shower. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful and answered all my questions. Liked this place and would revisit!

The water has a really funny smell so not good for drinking although it’s safe doesn’t taste good. And the shower same smell but it’s ok cause you get used to it! Other than that thought it was a really nice place to stay and would return!

I stayed at Lubihan for 4 nights. It has a fantastic location, right in the middle of Tourism Road a stone's throw from lots of wonderful restaurants and bars. The staff at Lubihan were very friendly and offered so many wonderful tips for our stay. I loved the dogs at the hotel too, they were adorable and were used to my friend and I in just a day or so. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean, and the hotel was quiet at night despite being in a very central location.

My hotel room at Lubihan needed to be better ventilated. The room had a certain smell that meant it hadn't been ventilated enough for a long time. As there are no screens at the windows, you can't leave the sliding doors open long to air the place out due to mosquitoes otherwise getting in. I highly recommend Lubihan gets mosquito screens so that the rooms can be properly aired out to prevent a musty smell.

good location as it was in the tourism road area, although it wasn't a beachfront property as it was on the other side of the main road. There were a lot of places to eat nearby, all within walking distance. the rooms are big enough for us (we were 3). We particularly liked the garden view from the bedrooms and its quietness at night as it was a bit farther from the main road. the rooms are clean (no ants!) Wifi is OK. the promptness of reply from the property is commendable. they even send regular messages about the available time for the room to be cleaned. Umbrellas are provided free of use in case it rains.

there's not much to do as for recreations. no TV in the room or common area. Rooms are cleaned daily but the towels or sheets are not changed if the stay is less than a week. For storage/cabinets/shelves, there's not much to store one's clothes. the staff leaves at 7pm and returns at 7am the following day.

Location is near tourism road and all the central happenings Staff are very nice and helpful Cute friendly dogs coming to greet you every time you arrive Clean rooms and comfortable beds There was a brown out but they made sure necessities are provided Great communication to keep us updated all the time

The road to the hotel from tourism road was muddy when it rained but i think it is the case for majority unless you stay in tourism road strip

What stands out about Lubihan is that they are very good with communicating with their guests. They provide helpful information before you arrive, suggest very good places to eat, activities to do, places to visit and communicate in advance in case of issues or changes. It is also in the middle of the city - shops, restaurants, bars are in a walkable distance. I recommend getting a room with a balcony which is a nice place to chill during the day.

The location was 10/10, Aircon was COLD even at 23 degrees (something I took for granted when we switched hotels LOL), I got sick during my stay and they helped me a lot! Provided extra blankets, medicine, cold compress for my fever, water heater and basin as requested. They were very prompt with my requests as well.

Its true that the water tastes and smells like metal but they do provide even drinking water to use for that. There were also some stains in the bedsheet, this could be improved. Not a big issue for me tho!

Fantastic modern rooms with good beds, showers, and space. Internet was actually good considering it can be very poor on the island. They have starlink and wired connection. AC was very good. Staff communicative via WhatsApp and always letting you know about the best parties, restaurants, bars etc. that was very helpful and appreciated. Location is perfect for everything.

I was already aware and it was ok with me, but there are no facilities at this property e.g. pool, restaurant, bar etc. It’s just rooms, so something to know.

Location is very central, with a lot of restos just by the road. Place is clean and nice.

Walls are thin and you can easily hear noises outside. One night, there was a party nearby (or what sounded like someone was streaming songs online) which lasted until 1am.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and other establishments.

Internet connection was poor in our room. Maybe I guess they placed us at the end of the corridor. Had to go to the lobby area to get a good signal. They provide drinking water but No kettle to heat water for coffee. No mini bar for coffee or tea. No fridge to store cool drinks.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Top notch location. Quiet but walking distance to restaurants/ bars. The balcony has nice vibe to it, real crisp in the morning. The place is also very clean. You can tell it’s well looked after.

Water smelt a bit because it came from underground. You’ll have to carry your luggages upstairs if your assigned room is up there.
