The location is perfect and located near the highway. Easy access to jeepneys traversing the Kalayaan, Market Market, and C5 route. All the staff, including the security guard, were friendly and accommodating. The room was also neat and modest. I love how the room gives off a cozy and luxurious vibe. They also have a heater and cups to use. The shower had a hot and cold option.

Absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It created a bit of an issue, especially when using the restroom. Without proper ventilation, the smell tends to linger outside the bathroom, impacting the overall room atmosphere. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding exhaust fans to enhance the privacy and comfort of guests during their stay.

Did have to change room ( was some mold in the ceiling in the first ) but they did everything to give me a new room 😊 so I did like everything about the hotel 👍

At such a happy place there are no things you would like to talk about

We enjoyed our time in Manila, what I liked most was the pool. The staff is very attentive and the meals they offer are very delicious and have good seasoning. On the same street where the hotel is there are small shops that reminded me of my hometown where I could get bread that had the same flavor as the ones I ate when I was a child :).

The location. Is really far away for the main attractions in Manila. The transport works well however it is too crowded.

Bed is quite big. Also loved how they set up the sort of canopy above the bed. I can keep the lights open and it felt cozy. Staff are accomodating and very helpful. I want to come back and also recommended this my friends.

What can be improved is the lack of cabinet or at least a place to hang clothes. In the shower area of the room I stayed in, the tiles are not leveled properly so the water does not flow to the drain. Had to swipe the water towards the drain to ensure that bathroom is not flooded after shower. Potential hazard. Someone might slip.

This accomodation had all the amenities you’d need for a pleasant enough stay. The bathroom was very modern and supplied with soap, dental kit, & shampoo/conditioner. It has a rooftop pool which was a nice surprise in the hustle and bustle of metro Manila, although we didn’t actually use it, we liked the 360 panoramic views location was a 30 minute walk to BCG area where all the modern shopping centres are.

The pillows in the room were quite flat and so I’d suggest either newer plumper pillows or 2 per pillow case for a better nights sleep. The room was quite small for a couple with 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks so space was difficult to come by.

Friendly staffs ,rates affordable, but unhappy with the blanket and pillows smell’s cigarettes and no space for parking the area is quite far from the shops …but I repeat reception lady is good for customer service and smiles makes client’s comeback !!!

Aircon work well, wifi signals strong , clean hotel, and reception lady smile .

Location is good. Rooms are good. Pool is wonderful and the roof area is cozy. Hot shower and comfortable beds.

I seen some complaints about noise in other comments here. I think ppl need to understand that this is Philippines. It suppose to be dogs barking and sounds from traffic outside. It's a part of the experience! I just zone it out after a while. If ppl want dead quiet then they need to pay up to 15 times the price for a hotel in BGC.

Very nice pool on the top rooms you get what you pay for not bad at all. The staff were all very very helpful and friendly made my stay excellent felt very at home. They spent time booking a flight for me and helping me with my SIM card.

It’s was all okay

The places is best for those wanting to go to BGC and stroll the area. this place is really nice as they have lots of room with elevator access and rooftop with the view of the city.
