I like the facilities and more importantly the service at front desk has improved. I stayed 6months ago and the wait time for check in and check out was shockingly slow. This time checking out wait time has improved.

I didn't like the system in place around the complimentary dessert that was given upon arrival. They said it was complimentary but when I went to claim it, I was told to like/follow im hotel as well as give a 5star rating to im hotel so they can screenshot it. It felt like there was a condition. I felt i lost my free will to make my own personal rating. it made me wonder how real the previous reviews are if other people are being asked to put 5 star for the sake of a cake

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and great amenities, although the lighting could have been brighter. The rooftop bar and pool were enjoyable, though the pool was smaller than expected. Breakfast had a solid variety, and the coffee was good. The only downside was some noise from the hallway in the mornings. Overall, it's a great hotel with a few minor areas to improve. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was beyond excellent. Clean! Communication from the staff at the front desk, the room service, the pool was amazing. Reception/Front desk Even went as far as to find us at the pool to let us know that we could do a late check out if needed. so amazing. Will definitely come back. And next time without the kids. The cabanas at the pool are beyond gorgeous overlooking the city but definitely for adults only. Kids will jump off! Haha— thanks for the best stay! If I could give more stars, I would!

It’s just a little too close to the night life area for kids. If you know what I mean ;P The guests were more mature/adult and I’m sure my 3 kids didn’t give them the best ambiance for the pool, but the staff was so accommodating and accepting. Not a complaint just a heads up.

Great facilities, rooms were clean and comfy. Rooftop bar was the highlight, amazing view of the Manila skyline, and booked a facial at the spa and also top tier treatment. Located within close walking distance to various shopping malls, food and pubs/bars.

Check-out was very slow - had to queue for 45 minutes then it took another 5 minutes to finalise. People were also checking in at the same time, was messy. Definitely recommend not checking out too close to noon and allow a lot of time to do it.

Everything was great. From the facilities such as spa, pool, rooftop bar and the room. However, what impacted my stay was the friendliness and customer service from the staff. They were very helpful all of the time and were very quick. For example, I had a wedding the next day but my suit was wrinkled. So I called the reception at midnight that I needed to iron my suit. Less than 5 minutes later there were two guys from housekeeping who delivered me an iron and ironing board.

The part of the rooftop bar with the best views was closed when I was there. Perhaps because I was there from Tuesday until Thursday but would have been great if this was open.

The best part of I’M Hotel is its staff. Everyone from the doormen to the front desk, the dining folks, room service, housekeeping, and the team at the rooftop bar were welcoming, warm, and professional. We loved the bathtub with its floor to ceiling windows and the sweeping views of Manila. The cityscape at night and sunrise were gorgeous. We ordered room service twice and the food was really tasty. The portions were unexpectedly enormous.

The hotel is beginning to show its age. The lobby chairs are beginning to crack and the area looked a little drab. The pool itself was very clean but the furniture and the paving and flooring would look nicer after some power washing. The towel area needs better storage, too. The cabinetry in our room had multiple nicks and chips. The blinds and some areas of the bathroom could benefit from a deep cleaning as well.
