- looks much better in real life than in the photos - clean, insect-free (given the location this is a miracle) - quiet hotel - good mobile signal in the room - the room was well equiped

- I could hear the elevator motor from my room - could not connect to wifi from macos - bathtub instead of shower - no hair dryer in the room - strictly no guest policy (this could be a positive)

From my room, I can faintly hear sounds drifting in from outside. While the noise creates a subtle background hum, it remains tolerable and doesn't disturb my peace.

it could be better if there is a shower room. it will help for people with disability apart from that with my help my husband enjoyed the stay.

Nice staff, always good treatment. very service oriented. It was clean and tidy in the rooms. the restaurant had some good dishes to recommend if you want to avoid going out. the breakfast was absolutely perfect you could choose.

The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked a lot. the twin beds were better in the other rooms. but the double bed was very bad. Of course you can sleep in them, but not the best ones i sleept in orher hotels.

Great hotel in a good location for local nightlife and restaurants. My room was large, AC worked fine, safe, kettle, toiletries The staff were very accommodating for me and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was a choice of menu not a buffet and was perfectly fine. The dining area is very pleasant as is the whole hotel with its quant art deco features.

Many lights in the room all seem to have there own switch, I never did find the light switch for the wardrobe light.

The Hotel has an old world charm about it. It is elegant compared to most modern Hotels. The Staff were extremely helpful with everything we requested. The room was very clean and well maintained with a stocked mini bar and a bath. The Security staff were very caring and helpful during our stay. Breakfast although limited was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable but it creeked a lot when you moved around when trying to sleep.

the internet connection is bad and unstable, when I try to log in, the verify screen didn't show up every time, and the internet speed is slow. the only con in this place. (maybe the internet is fine in other room, but not mine. )

The wifi connection and the lighting I think needs to improve. Not sure if it's just us or because we were in the 5th floor but we experienced some intermittent slowness of internet. But the we were assisted right away with their staffs and get restarted with the connection.The lighting. Maybe can improve to add some lightings.m

This was my second stay there, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The staff was very helpful and friendly and very professional! The staff does a wonderful job of maintaining the rooms and the property I love the 1940s feel. The small Cafe restaurant serves very good food with enough variety to choose from that anybody could find something to enjoy and if you really have to have your coffee I suggest you get the French press style that they serve
