I would rate my stay 5 stars because I found exactly what I was looking for. It was a new experience to try their onsen spa and book a spacious room at an affordable rate.

The amenities were exceptional, from the well-equipped gym to the inviting pool area, perfect for relaxation after a busy day. My suite was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, featuring a fully stocked kitchenette. The location is also a major plus, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, Oakwood Makati Ave. exceeded my expectations, making it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

The facilities like swimming pool, onsen spa and fitness were great! People were very friendly and breakfast was included! Our studio was amazing, very impressed how big it was. And we were able to do a late check out till 6pm, so we could catch a flight in the evening.

They didn’t answer when I messaged them about using an airport shuttle service. It wasn’t a big trouble, but sad that nobody wrote back. Also when we used the late check out they said it would be the half of the room price, but we were kinda surprised that it was more than our actual night stay, because for the actual I got the booking discount, so the surcharges was more expensive than our actual night😂. That’s why I give it an 8 instead of 9/10

Beautiful property, even better than the photos. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Stunning rooms. They offered me a complimentary last checkout at 2pm because my flight was not until 10:30pm. Overall great stay.. beautiful hotel.

There was nothing for me to eat at the restaurants or for in room dining because I am vegetation gluten free. They also did not offer plant milk options for coffee. But that’s not really a bother for many people. To be honest, I feel like the staff could have been a little bit more hospitable and smile more. I was not informed that the spa and gym was included which I was excited to use because I received a whats app message from their concierge with the spa menu which made it sound like I needed to pay to use the pool etc .. when I responded to the concierge about this they did not reply for 24hrs. So a little bit of room to improve in customer service and restaurant offerings can be updated.

Makati is always traffic but I like it here

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also great. If the promotional price is maintained, it may be almost the best choice. There was a washer and dryer, so it was convenient to wash simple underwear or t-shirts. Traffic in Makati is hell, but it's okay if you're having a meeting in the Makati area or shopping at Greenbelt, the most luxurious shopping mall in Manila.

There is a drainage problem in the shower booth. Just take a shower and your bath room will turn into a sea of ​​water. For this reason, starting from the second day, I showered in a different place.

Everybody was greeting all of us always with a smile. They made sure, we have everything we want and need. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. The whole team was absolutely top of the top at all times. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast was delicious & included with the booking. More different choices of bread, juices and cheese would be nice. The mall is 5 is minutes away by walking.

It is conveniently located within easy reach of eateries, bars and malls located nearby. The Premier Studios are spacious and well furnished and are neat, tidy and clean. It is also practical with a cozy kitchenette that has a large refrigerator as well as a washer dryer. The pool with its acrylic bottom and small cozy hanging pods is beautiful and the Japanese Onsen spa is relaxing.

That the bathrooms all come with baths that have glass screens and that the baths are quite high and difficult to get in and out of without knocking yourself or worse tripping and falling. Would highly recommend that most of the baths in the suites be removed and replaced with shower stalls.
