Staff were super helpful and friendly. Always greting you with a smile. Very attentive. Hotel is close to airport.

I was charged half of the full price a night for an early checkin. Would have appreciated it more if they used the best available rate for that day.

- The ambiance is exceptional. From the lobby, to the hallways, rooms and restaurants. Everything was 5 star. - Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone will greet you with a smile. - There are various amenities in the hotel to keep you entertained if you decide not to leave the area - mini golf, playstation, play room, gym, pool, spa. - Breakfast buffet selection was great. - Rooms are clean & tidy. The view of the bay was a sight to see. - Location is amazing. It’s walking distance to Ayala Malls Manila Bay and Parqal. Solaire is just a few blocks away too.

It's our 4th time in Seda Hotel just for this year 2024. With my 3 Children. My comments are the same. Spacious and impeccable cleanliness for all areas, Comfortable Rooms and bath, delicious breakfast, relaxing ambience, nice Views. A very welvoming atmosphere. Nice and big Swimming Pool. We are a couple who just wants comfortable hotel to stay at before heading out to a long flight,it’s near the airport and aside from this it has an access going to ayala mall Manila bay which is a plus for someone who needs to pamper themselves and need some shopping before leaving the country. The hotel is fairly new and the bed was comfortable. We had a room with a pool view which is ok but if you don’t want that noise during the day you can choose a different view. We love this place and we are definitely coming back whenever we are in the country.

The location plus the access to ayala mall Manila bay

My second stay here, and I would return once again, the Staff are kind and attentive, the hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and modern looking, the pool is just the right size, and there is a good size gym. There is a good choice of food for breakfast, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Great location for Quezon City and Landmark shopping centre.

In comparison to my previous visit, the hotel is getting a little old, and I felt in places they were trying to save money. In my nice room the window handle broke, the safe didn't work, and the weighing scales(not sure why needed but a nice touch) kept flashing. However, after mentioning this to the front desk, it was all fixed before I got back. :) Also, I seem to recall an even bigger choice for breakfast, but the bre is still great.

None, I like the entire facilities of Seda Hotels

The location - at the quiet part of the city. The lounge - all day refreshment, teatime at 2-4pm and cocktails which can actually serve as dinner 6-8pm. Wine, beer, cocktails and coffee all you can😊 Lounge Staff specially Lito who's very friendly😊 Breakfast can be had both at Misto and the lounge. Wide spread of international cuisines. There's no bacon, however😢

For a club room, I was actually expecting a bath tub but there's none.😓 Coffee making corner doesn't have a coffee machine, just a kettle and instant coffee. Hopefully changes can be made 😊

We loved the service, especially @ Club Lounge [Level 11], guest service attendees @ the door and arranging taxis and providing assistance with directions and/or dinner arrangements. We enjoyed the pool, gym and breakfast. On the occasion I arranged in-room dining it was also sensational. The rooms including beds were comfortable, staff amazing and location for our work commitments was sensational. I was appreciative of the coffee and food options on site. The check in was smooth. Thanks to the efficient Mr Paolo Sebastian ( hope I remembered his name right). It was my birthday and had a room upgrade with no extra charge. The room was big. Bed was comfy. The wifi was easy to access and was fast. Lito and Michelle at the Club Lounge were very Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Have to commend Managers and Staff of Misto who were able to manage the many customers at the restaurant smoothly. The kids enjoyed the play area and the pool. Check out was fast. Location was close to Ayala Mall and Parqal Will come back again

The occupants in the room in front of us were noisy and we can hear the noise from our end Ate dinner at Misto. Food was good but the waiting time was quite long considering there were not much customers that time. But the staff was efficient.

Great front desk staff and service as we were able to change to a really quiet room. Well equipped room, gym and nice pool area. Contrasted to other reviews we did no experience a crowded breakfast area and had no waiting times for coffee/drinks. Also the criticized deposit for consumption is not charged anymore at check-in. Would recommend and stay again.

Despite the view, drinks in the rooftop bar are overpriced. We’re talking European hotel price level. Cuba libre came without any fresh lime, it was a coke with rum and draught beer as well some other drinks were advertised but not available. Same as with the promoted happy hour in elevators without any specific date/validity and bar staff said it ended already last months - so 10 days before our stay which felt odd.
