We loved everything about it. Location is prime (very close to SM MOA), after shopping we were just about ready to retire in this very comfortable hotel. Their cafe/restos serve really delicious food!

There were no indoor restaurants/room service by 10pm, which I understand is because they’re still in the process of completion. To make up for it, the staff gave recommendations on where we can find open restaurants nearby. :)

I spent wonderful days and nights in the executive suite enjoying the swimming pool and sea views. The staff were very hospitable and selected. I used Grab for transportation and it was the best compared to others.

Nothing to mention.

Breakfast had all breakfast needs from a pancake and egg station, salad, rice, soup, arroz caldo and coffee. Check-in was a breeze and we appreciate that our bags were brought up independently by a staff. All housekeeping staff must be given a bonus because all those on our floor were friendly and fast when we needed water or more toilet paper. Good sized pool and gym.

Just the construction noise was distracting. This was expected and happened only during working hours. Check-out was crazy and we went to reception at 11am. Good thing all we needed to do was to give back our room keys and waited 10mins for reception to give us a go ahead that we were all set.

Staff Customer service.

Third party vendor selling condo properties. It's very annoying because I already told them several TIMES that I'm interested to purchase a condo still insisting the guest to view the property. If the guest already told once they SHOULD respect that but they kept approaching me. The HOTEL property manager should brief the them not to cross the boundery. This is the second time I stayed with this hotel and that's why I made another reservation. I have a late flight back home, I requested a check out late but they inform me that they are going to charge me with out any consideration. Not sure if I'm going back.

Great location, ample parking spaces for guests coming in with vehicles. Love the speed of the elevators as well -- very fast. The staff were also very accommodating and courteous to all guests. Rooms were also very comfy and well-specced.

The pool was very shallow for my tastes (max of only 4ft.) The pool bar also had a very basic menu of food and drinks, especially cocktails -- this needs to be expanded. One of the jacuzzis was non-operational. Although the breakfast buffet has great menu options, it could be expanded to offer more options.

Exceptional customer service considerations from the General Manager to the house keeping staff.

Exceptional staff, wonderful menu selection meals in the restaurant and impressive management preparation for unusual events. We had to stay an extra nite due to typhoon flooding of our expressway back home that also canceled many flights at the nearby airport. The next morning the staff seamlessly prepared a wonderful breakfast buffet for hundreds of stranded guest from the airport. Great job!

It was a pleasant stay at the westside hotel! The amenities are in excellent condition, the staffs are reliable, and the hotel room is very clean!!! I had a perfect view of my room. The breakfast is also worth the price!!! I love everything in this hotel. I will definitely stay again 😍

One of the best places to stay in the area! Considering the price, this hotel delivered excellent value. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the decors are modern. Every interaction with all the hotel staff was pleasant. Ms Nicole Mendoza at the front desk even went out of her way to help us check in early after our long flight. The breakfast was amazing too!

The room is very clean and elegant looking. One of the best and delicious dinner and breakfast buffet I have tried.

Not a big deal but the light in smoke detector is very visible when you turned off all the lights in the room, quite disruptive when you’re trying to sleep.
