Some honest feedback: Room was abit cramped (but can pay more for bigger of course) Shower pressure wasn’t the best Walls in room are incredibly thin (bamboo walls) Dogs do randomly bark through the night The owners friends/relatives who slept next door to us were loud from 5am to 12am everyday - including a crying child Is abit far from the main tourist areas if you don’t ride motorbikes - you can walk/get tuk tuks

Such a cozy comfortable stay. Just a short trip from the main strip and beaches so it was nice to have a quiet sleep! Our hosts were awesome, plenty of information about the area, let us borrow snorkelling gear and even gave us a lift to the beach as they were also going!

From my six weeks traveling round Philippines this was probably the best value. The fact it's almost like a homestay plus the casual and quite intimate design of the place meant I had more social interactions here than all the other places put together ( which is quite special as a solo traveller). The location was pretty much spot on as I wanted to divide my time between white beach, the town of Moalboal proper and the bars and restaurants at the touristy bit- nirvana was bang in the middle of all of them. I rented one of their bicycles ( a nice change from scooters) and beetled around the three destinations every day. The food here is also really nice and competitive price- I had the best meal of my trip so far- Korean veg n rice dish with an actual sauce! And despite the price there was actual hot water in the showers ( just don't run it for ages) The staff were all nice, the diving was cool- what more do you need! And don't let the trike drivers justify an inflated price by saying that the road there is bumpy and bad. The bumpy bit is only about 200 metres long and they should only charge 150ps from the bus drop off!

Myself and my partner had a wonderful time at Nirvana. The hut was simple and comfortable with a fan that did an excellent job of keeping us cool at night. We learned to dive with Chris during our stay and could not recommend doing this enough. The learning experience, equipment and the diving spots were all perfect and such excellent value for money. We also had a breakfast and lunch at the property and really enjoyed the food. Carmella and her sister were very attentive and excellent cooks! Great location, friendly atmosphere and incredible experience. Highly recommend!!

Nothing!

I was a bit worried about this type of accommodation, but it wasn't bad, actually. There's hot and cold drinking water, a common sitting area , a pool table, and a tiny swimming pool. It's close enough to the white beach .

When someone's taking a shower in the next cabin, the water stops running. Also, if you flush the toilet, there won't be any water in the shower. Water pressure isn't so good in general.

Amazing place! Perfectly placed between the main town and the two beaches. Grab and motorbike and explore (they offer). They arranged a van for us to do 5am canyoneering upon our request so we had the whole canyon to ourselves! The mini golf is EPIC. All of Cebu had no electricity for the first day. Did we care? Nope. Swimming pool, mini golf, billiards. Great food. Cool staff. Love the dogs too, Luna and Cassie. Got a van from them for whale sharks as well!!! I brought my entire staff here from Palawan and they had the time of their lives!!!!! Thanks so much!!!

The staff were always very nice and accommodating! Big cheers to Rodel 🫰🏼 We stayed in tent C and it was, although small, very cosy. Just perfect! Outside of the room there's a small table were we hanged out with other guests. Very good & positive vibes around. They have everything you need: -good food & drinks -small pool (just perfect to refresh) -scooter, snorkel gear & GoPro rental -tours -diving courses -minigolf, pool & basketball court Super advise you to stay with them 💙

Absolutely amazing stay here! The Dive Centre is brilliant - we both completed our Padi Scuba Diving certification here. Having never scuba dived before, I was pretty nervous but Chris was fabulous! We went at our speeds and I felt safe and reassured constantly. I would 100% recommend diving here!! The food is also very yummy and reasonable which is so handy after a day of diving!!

There was only one fan so one bedroom didn’t have one. This meant it was very hot but apart from that we loved staying here!

Gem of a place we found. Near enough to town and beaches but quiet and peaceful for a relax and rest. Food was great, we had breakfast daily (fresh waffles & bacon, Pancakes & full English were favourites) and the best curries we had in philippines. We had fresh smoothies, everything grown in the gardens and kids played with the pets in a farm area. The friendly staff had great tips on tours, restaurants and onward travel. Free minigolf, billiards, games and the pools were a bonus for such a cheap place. Well recommended, extended extra nights

Big huts with a communal area for eating. A bit out of town (you'll need a motorbike). Staff are friendly (but sometimes can be hard to find them if you need something). Nice big windows and lots of open air so a fan is sufficient (we didn't even need a fan most nights). Big windows also meant we had a critter break in a few nights in a row to eat some bread (night one) and go through our garbage (both nights). Hilarious but may not be for everyone.

No toilet paper offered. Hard to access reception at times.
