(1) Hotel staff — very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful! They surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday after learning it through my ID. It felt like they were my friends. They made my day! 😊 (2) Clean facilities — not just our room, but also the poolside and the common bathroom near the pool. 🙌 (3) Easy to make requests — a cheesy omelette is not on the “make your egg” menu, but they accommodated my request and made me a cheesy omelette every day. 🥰 (4) Good selection of breakfast — there are different options every day. 🥪

The only thing I didn't like was the noise coming from the corner of the room, but I’m not sure where it’s coming from. It sounds like someone is assembling a cabinet or a furniture. It's not construction noise, so it's tolerable. However, as a light sleeper, it did interrupt my sleep at times.

Loved the location and friendly staff. Also loved how meticulously clean it was throughout the resort and our accommodations. And how our beds were so very comfortable. Loved how cool and relaxing our rooms were, especially after spending the day in the hot sun. We also appreciated how the hotel arranged our transfers to and from the airport. This was a huge plus. Will definitely come stay here again when visiting Boracay. The 2 family suites we had was perfect as the other bed was in another room. Great layout!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. We loved the place.

Close to the beach area, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast bar was very nice plenty of obtain.

Going through booking.com there and option to pay later. I notice using this option the property would not give the that option the price point would change be much higher then you had selected. Upon arrival the clerk asked me for the original email I thought that was odd. Also they delayed are check out over a small spoon that wasn’t in the rooms. Over all we had a wonderful time and will return, when making plan just pay upfront and you would be delayed in checking inn!

We absolutely loved our stay at Boracay Haven. The hotel itself is extremely clean with great facilities. The rooms were perfect with a nice big balcony, extremely comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. The pool is great, and the breakfast is brilliant. The hotel itself though is made complete by the staff. They were amazing throughout and greet you with a smile whenever you pass them. They really make the hotel what it is. If I owned a hotel, I would employ them all. Luckily for them, I will never own a hotel.

Our only problem was the laundry service. When we asked for them to do our laundry we were not told how much it was, despite multiple staff assisting us, and we just assumed it was priced per Kilo, like everywhere else is Philippine and Asia in general. They charge you per item…socks and all. Our laundry came to 2700php…roughly £40. This is ridiculous. We pushed back on this but they couldn’t flex. Just don’t get your laundry done here, and you’ll have an amazing stay.

Reservation stage, location and good rates. During the stay , excellent stay . Room was properly cleaned by Housekeeping Team( KC, Dexter, Romy, Grace & JR) and they were very polite and pleasant as well. The beds in the room were very comfortable and air conditioner was very good as well. Breakfast buffet was very good selections for both taste of locals and foreigners, thanks to Chef Team. The Breakfast Restaurant Team (Jasmin, Lanie, Carlo, Warren & Nilmar provided excellent service during breakfast time , maintained cleanliness of the restaurant area as well as the washrooms next to the the Bar. Arrival and departure experience were also pleasant.

renovation / drilling noise, didn’t enjoy the afternoon nap and one night drilling noise at night till late night March 28 , Tuesday not sure if came from 2nd floor tiles renovation. Sunset Cruise Tour for two hours, cruise to Shangrila area, boat stopped with too loud music to make a party atmosphere. Cruise back to station one after the boat party. Lesson learned always ask to explain what to expect on the Sunset Cruise as for our experience, the boat didn’t cruise as only stopped to party (Sunset Party Boat Tour) not as expected from the Sunset Cruise Tour.

It’s room is so good and clean. The hotel is few steps away from the beach. The staffs are friendly (except for two staffs). The pool is nice as well.

I just don’t like this staff when we are having a breakfast. He is part of the lgbtq. I think he got irritated when we asked for some boiled eggs. I saw his expression after i asked him. He had a poker face. The girl assigned in the bar as well. She’s not welcoming at all.

I liked the modern feel of our room, the amenities and the staff are really warm and accommodating. I also loved the selection of our breakfast buffet with decent coffee.

The WiFi speed is not that fast and there has been a construction going on while we were staying there. However, it didn't bother us that much. We could barely hear the noise from our room.

The staff were incredible. Very helpful and friendly. The room was big, the shower was great and bed was comfortable.

The 2500 peso deposit took me by surprise but it was fine. Make sure you have the cash before you arrive.

excellent service from all members of staff, consistent from the moment we checked in until we’d left. Hydy and the people from reception were brilliant and ever so helpful with our queries and silly requests. Special shoutout to Carlo who helps serve breakfast for accommodating us with our daily eggs/bacon requests as well as the lady at the bar who makes amazing cocktails (ever so kind; we saw her helping other tourists with directions outside of work)! They clean your room everyday and provide beach towels daily.
