We loved their breakfast 🥞 every day and there was sooo much choice and loads of it +++. We went on an early morning (6am)day trip and the staff gave us packed snack bags instead of our breakfast. Now only 2/6 bags were ready on time but held on to the remaining 4 bags to have at lunch time when we returned. This was also very much appreciated. Their staff were so helpful all the time for example our oldest daughter turned 20 yrs old on our second last morning and when asked the provided us with candles and a lighter to put in a selection of cakes 🍰 at breakfast to surprise her first thing. The hotel was spotless at all times. Having a 24 hours reception was wonderful also. When we arrived 3 hours early they had 2 out of our 3 rooms ready and so let us use them straight away. We really appreciated that as we were up all night travelling and were dying to sleep.It was worth anything to us to get some proper sleep at that stage.

Not really an issue but if I had to write something..hoovering at reception in the middle of the day when we were reading. That should be done when no one was around. Good complaint eh!! Now we were surprised that the only Channel on the TV in England was the news channel. Everything else was in Polish as far as we could hear.

There were so many things we liked, the hotel overall was brilliant. I think the 2 things we liked the most as a group were, spa and wellness department+ massages, everyone absolutely loved the saunas, pool etc... And breakfasts were delicious, definitely the best, such a huge variety of different meals you can make. Brilliant buffet. Loved how each day had something slightly different to the previous day. Although we were all tired many of the days, as we spent most days exploring Kraków. Everyone was excited about their breakfast on a daily basis. Great kick start to new day. I would definitely recommend and return myself.

The only thing I would suggest is making sure things like TV and air-conditioning are working, before customers arrive. As we experienced that in 2 separate rooms. Although things get resolved quickly, it's not a complaint, rather a suggestion maybe a cleaner can check it whilst they sort the room out before the arrival of the next guests.

The hotel was lovely and we had a wonderful time the staff was very nice and location excellent, the breakfast was also very nice , we found all the staff very friendly and helpful and it was very clean , the room too was perfect with very comfortable beds .

We had a bottle of wine waiting in our room which we drank, we thought it was complimentary but then got a bill for it of 75 zlotti, the wine wasn’t even that good, the pool was cold it could of done with being warmer , even the jacuzzi was cold, that was a shame just those little things would of made it perfect

Great pool, great breakfast, and restaurant food was very good. Staff were very helpful and helped meet all our needs. Our room was made up daily. Great stay.

The mattress in our business classroom was lumpy and too soft, with no support. However, the staff arranged for 2 single support mattresses to be placed on top of the bed. They were too big for the bed, but they made a huge difference. The hotel is a 30-minute walk from the old town. In the pool and sauna area, people had mobile phones, which I thought was completely inappropriate.

Very nice hotel. We got up graded to an apartment which was lovely and very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of food. We used the pool once which was lovely and relaxing with jacuzzi and saunas. We ate in their restaurant one night, great service and lovely food. There was a hop on hop off bus stop right outside. There was also a scooter park so we hired scooters to get into the centre. You can walk/scoot along by the river right up to the castle.

The property was close to the centre town but it took about half hour to walk there.

Exceptional multiple choice breakfast. The selection for children was absolutely great. My son had everything under the sun and more! There was lovely selection of freshly baked bread and traditional Polish desserts. Also nice coffee and fresh juice. The location is just next to Kazimierz Galeria so lots of choice of things to eat or do nearby. The swimming pool was just amazing touch to our stay here. Our 6yo loved it so much and we managed to relax and saw mixture of people that were having good time and being respectful to each other. The beds were so comfortable we slept really well. The staff added extra bed for our son who fel asleep in it in no time.

The only thing that we didn't like is that we only stayed one night! Could have easily stayed another two nights.

Really nice hotel, good for children too they had a little welcome pack and small play area near the breakfast room. A chocolate cafe and a pool. modern and clean with large rooms, staff friendly and breakfast nice, we would stay again

the pool is really really cold- it really ruins it- the pool could be so nice if you just fixed the temperature. Also the distance from town is abit far but you can get a tram and walk about 20 mins or an uber to get around so wasnt an issue

Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. We parked the car in the underground carpark. The room was nice but not very big. The shower was very dated and for the money should be to a higher standard. We had a business queen room to give us a bit of extra space.

The shower was very old and over a bath which is not great. The screen leaked water on to the floor. You could hear the trams running by with the window closed till late at night then again very early in the morning.

The SPA area is nice, maybe a bit small but nice and you can relax there. There is good food in the restaurant. Rooms are spacious and they have nice king bed :)

Overall my experience was good but I think hotel should work on providing information to the guests. Once the reservation was done we got to know that we have to do reservation to the SPA area - thats fine, covid restricions. What I dont like is once we came to the SPA area, the woman told us that we can stay just for 1h. We expected to stay longer and therefore we would plan rest of activities differently. Why there is no information on the website about the SPA length duration and why none told us that we would have to leave the pool after 1h cause to some reasons when we did the reservation and got the confirmation?

It was clean and quiet, breakfast was very good.

Water in the pool was not very warm and some parts of the pool were broken Cups in the bathroom were paper cups but wrapped in the plastic. Why? Hotels these days use normal glasses. Also bottled water in the room is not necessary as you are trying to be "green". Parking with the hotel is very confusing as I wasn't sure if we could go underground. And on the street level there were cars parked in very unusual way. Didn't feel right.
