The location is good. It's situated just 30 min by walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the main attractions, dining options. The breakfast, there was a selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes, good coffee. The breakfast area was clean, well-organized, and the staff was attentive, ensuring that everything was replenished promptly. Free parking close to the hotel.

The only minor suggestion I have is regarding the towel service. Daily towel changes would enhance the overall experience, adding an extra layer of comfort and convenience for guests. However, this is a small detail in an otherwise flawless stay.

I was satisfied with almost everything. The hotel is close to the center, offers a very good breakfast, and a clean room awaits you. The staff is also helpful. So overall it's positive.

What I would bring up as a negative comment, and therefore does not deserve 10 points, is the payment after our parking. We booked accommodation on the booking page, and they offer free parking everywhere. When checking in, we were told that we would park in the underground garage because there was no space outside. We paid for the accommodation upon check-in. It was not mentioned here either that parking is paid. When leaving, they said that the parking fee would be PLN 150. I paid, I didn't want to argue, but this is not a "gentleman's solution". Either it is written like this on the booking, that the underground parking is paid, or it is indicated upon arrival. So I didn't feel so good when I left...

The hotel is located close to the Eye, on the other side of Wistula river, in a business center. You can get to Wavel in 20 minutes and city center in around 30 by foot. The room is large and it has a business spot so you can work from the room if need be. The hotel was very clean, it has parking outside ( for free) and in the garage ( there is a cost associated). The staff are very nice. They were extremely helpful when we asked to check-in earlier due to a meeting we had to attend online. So thank you !

Breakfast is diverse but not extremely tasty. If you choose half board, you will get a voucher and you can order up to that amount ( 100 PLN), drinks not included. The menu is not variate and the dinner was average for my taste.

I was very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. The reception team were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The hotel is very well located - 5 min walk to tram stop followed by 5 min on tram to Old Town. The hotel had plenty of free parking available. Dinner and Breakfast at the hotel were both delicious and the young waiters and waitresses very friendly.

we stayed at the Hilton Garden inn for 5 days. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern. Every day they came and cleaned it for us. They put clean towels every day and bottles of water. You don't hear any noise inside the rooms or outside on the street, it's very quiet. The staff was very friendly and kind. Always willing to help us. The view from the room and the garden in front of the hotel was amazing. we would definitely go again. we left very happy :) Thank you !

The only small thing that needs a bit of enrichment is the breakfast. But everything else was perfect !

The hotel reflects the usual Hilton Garden Inn quality standards. The staff were all nice, friendly and helpful ! We had a late dinner upon arrival, the food was really delicious and prices were reasonable. There is a small play corner for the children where our son had good time while were enjoying the meal. The breakfast was also very good. There is a waffle machine at the breakfast hall where you can get one of the dough jars and cook waffles for yourself or children. We really liked that. The hotel in general is child-friendly thus preferable for the families traveling with kids. There is a parking lot (free) which is another positive aspect for the facility. The room size is more than enough and facilities are modern and clean. Bed is comfortable. We had asked for a sofa bed for our sone (of course it was me who slept in it :) which was comfortable too. In general we really enjoyed the quality of the service we received with a quite reasonable price.

All was good as we have not faced any negativity.

This place exceeded my expectations in subtle ways. Here are some things I particularly enjoyed: - At the reception when checking in, I was asked if I'd like to have a room overlooking the sights which was a bit louder due to facing the main street, or the quieter room on the other side - I like that this choice was left up to me. - Finally a place which provided a thin pillow already in the room, along with the regular thicker pillow! This seems like such an easy thing to get right, and yet most places I stayed in in the past would provide only the thicker type and be surprised to hear I'd like a thin pillow in the room. - The amenities I particularly enjoyed: a dedicated face towel, coffee/tea set with a large choice of both, tissue box in the bathroom, an additional thick blanket. - The breakfast - a rich variety of good quality food and the staff on site who regularly assured the availability of all products and were very attentive. - Several free parking spots outside the hotel. - A variety of Polish and English speaking channels on TV.

There were 2 things that were a bit unpleasantly surprising: - The water in the tap was lukewarm at best (although that wasn't an issue in the shower). - The cleanliness left a bit to be desired - there was a long hair in the bathtub which I'm not sure how it could've been missed during cleaning, and there was a large oily stain on the bedside table under the phone. Though, I'm sure that the above were just a fluke, and the next time it'll be better.

Room quality and cleanness were excellent. Location was also convenient with free parking.

While the order was originally promoted as if it was a half-board deal that includes both breakfast and dinner, the hotel decided to place a “voucher” limit with very strict and limited dinner selection, that easily led to extra overblown charges. The limit was not mentioned in the promotion deal.

The location was very good and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner should be checked and topped up frequently as we had to inform them ourselves that the shower gel had finished.
