Breakfast was very good. Twin bedrooms were small. Bathroom was tiny. Staff were very helpful.

Lots of noise from latecomers around 1.00am most nights. Could hear through the door. One night, l opened the door and asked them not to make so much noise in the hotel as we were all sleeping or trying to. This wasn't the hotel's fault. Maybe a note requesting people to be extra quiet after 11.00pm.

I've either stayed at the hotel myself or booked it for my family members numerous times. Personally, it was my third stay, and I will stay at this hotel again when I'm in Krakow. It has the best possible location, the staff are very helpful, and the rooms are always clean. It's perfect for a city break or just for an overnight stay on the way elsewhere.

Although I'm very satisfied with the hotel overall, pillows on single beds are too large (twice the size of a standard hotel pillow). I spent my nights deciding whether my feet should dangle off the foot of the bed (and I'm under 170 cm) or if my neck should be bent at an awkward angle. Placing smaller pillows on single beds would be a great improvement.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. It was a treat for our wedding anniversary, and we didn't regret the choice of hotel. Lovely balcony to sit outside(thank you, Wyspianski), lovely clean room, comfortable bed, and a lovely shower. The room was serviced every day, with clean towels and tea and coffee if requested. We requested a kettle with tea and coffee, all supplied, but no milk and no fridge in room so we could go and buy some. There was no aircon in the room, but a fan was supplied, which was a welcomed addition, especially with 30 degree plus temperatures. Will definitely be back. As stated, no milk was supplied for tea/coffee and no fridge to keep it cold if you went and bought some.

Only one tiny thing,it states on the website that there are tea and coffees supplied and there is,but there was no milk, I asked at reception and they said they don’t supply milk ☹️Being a typical Brit I love my cups of tea! I brought some from a local shop,which I kept on the balcony (as it was snowing and minus temperatures)but would cause a problem in the warmer weather

Breakfast was great: lots of choice and decaf coffee available. Location is the key advantage of this hotel at this price - easy walking distance to both the old town and the train station. Excellent. Also loved the facility of keeping our luggage in storage AFTER we checked out: very useful! The beer garden outside was a nice touch. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again.

The hotel room could be greatly improved by: - sockets by the bed and more of them in the room. - bedside lamp/light please; would be nice to be able to read in bed without the main lights ok - clean the bathroom vents above the shower (very dusty)

After reading some good and bad reviews, we weren't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was in a good location for exploring the city. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and warm. (Visited in December). Great value for money and will definitely use again.

Only one gripe - room had no tea and coffee making facilities.

Proximity to the town. Hotel staff were very attentive.

Small room with twin beds assigned upon arrival. Room had nowhere to hang clothes and no draws. The hall to the room smelt. Went to see another room on the other side of the hotel, still small. Was assigned a room on the second floor, after we were told we had to pay for an upgrade. Did not pay and threatened to cancel the stay, which would have resulted in us losing one night in penalties. The 3rd room was acceptable

Everything was really good. Excellent location - old part of the city and most sightseeing places are reachable by foot; great for dog owners - in the front of the hotel, just across the street there`s really nice park. Downstairs is local shop (Žabka), you can buy some essentials (like cold beer) :D Breakfast was good.

There`s no fridge in the rooms, not even minibar, but staff solved this "problem", by offering the space in their fridge. Some kind of air conditioning wouldn`t hurt and blankets should be changed on something "lighter", it was really hot.

Loved the location, so close to the city centre but not directly in the middle of all the tourists. Good room sizes (we had a double and a single room). The bathroom was good, although the shower door in the single didn't close perfectly. Staff were really friendly and spoke good English if you didn't know any Polish.

Outlets were only located in the little desk in the corner, with none in the bathroom. Not really an inconvenience, but something to be aware of.

We stayed at Wyspianski between 4-6.11.23. It was truly delightful stay. Our room was spotless and pretty spacious. Whole hotel looked like it’s been revamped recently, so everything had a brand new feel to it. Reception staff was very welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too difficult to them. You may easily conclude that they were bending over backwards to make our stay pleasant. The same refers to cleaning staff and breakfast crew. By the way, breakfast had gluten free option which was very helpful to my gluten allergy partner. Food was fresh and well presented. Last but not least, location of the hotel is incredibly convenient. Only 3 minutes walking to market square, 15 minutes to train station and if you need to run some errands, big post office is just round the corner. I highly recommend to visit this place even during low season. Despite its pretty cold, Cracow has got still plenty to offer. You should go for a walk around the plants surrounding the square during autumn. It is very romantic and unforgettable experience. Even if it rains. Perfect place for a romantic getaway.

Gluten free bread could have been better. Nowadays there are so many option you can choose hardly believing in taste, that it is gluten free. The one we had was pretty old choice that tasted like sponge. It is worth to think about better gluten free options as nowadays there is a plaque of people diagnosed with an allergy to gluten.
